记者刚刚从珠海市国资委处获悉，该《通知》属实，董明珠已不再在格力集团任职，今后仅为格力电器的董事长兼总裁和法定代表人。
根据这则《通知》，珠海市国资委在10月18日对格力集团董事会发出了通知："免去董明珠同志珠海格力集团有限公司董事长、董事、法定代表人职务"。
记者查询格力集团官网发现，目前格力官方平台上并未发布与这则《通知》相关的消息。
对这次调整，外界有点不明所以。据业内人士分析，此次调整，或与国企改革、国有企业领导人员不得兼职过多有关，董明珠此前既是格力集团董事长，又是下属企业格力电器的董事长，故此次调整其实为企业内部的正常安排。
而格力集团新任董事长人选目前并未公布。
董明珠1990年进入格力做业务经理，1994年开始相继任珠海格力电器股份有限公司经营部部长、副总经理、副董事长，2007年，她出任格力电器股份有限公司总裁。
2012年5月，格力电器创始人朱江洪卸任格力集团董事长、党委书记和总裁职位，彻底退休，由董明珠接任格力集团董事长一职。
2016年10月18日，董明珠卸任珠海格力集团有限公司董事长、董事、法定代表人职务。
