腾讯员工获得的300股为RSU（限制性股票），按照2016年11月10日收市价计算，总价值约为62460港币，约合人民币53000元左右。这次股票授予计划将在2016年11月18日实行，并且分为三批解禁，首批100股将在11月18日授予当日解禁，也就说员工可以当日就套现100股，第二批将于2017年11月18日解禁，第三批将于2018年11月18日解禁，总共为期两年。
