2014年2月初，被告人祝某通过QQ向台湾地区的卖家谢某订购枪管。2月10日，祝某以支付宝转账的方式，出资2500元购买了1根枪管。谢某收到货款后以假冒的商品名称，通过快递将枪管邮寄给祝某。2014年3月1日，祝某再次向谢某支付货款5000元购买了2根枪管，并要求其赠送了1000发气枪弹。同时，祝某在淘宝网上购买了气枪配件，与上述购买的1根枪管组成1支气枪，并将另1根枪管和部分气枪配件交与汤某组装成另1支气枪。
