说白了，假借各种名义，利用格力品牌进行多元化；普通企业也就无所谓，关键TM格力电器是以“专业造空调”而闻名好不好？所以这些业务和自己的经营理念完全违背，这格力电器能忍？格力心想：搁狗狗忍了，搁我我忍不了。

于是在2003年之际，珠海国资委和格力电器当时的老总朱江洪产生多次纷争。随着事情愈演愈烈，到了2005、2006年之际，战争爆发到了高潮。

√、提供给集团董事长就业。

所以，本质上，我相信前后两者之间是有共谋的。

由于计划本身，让董明珠持股，成为格力电器实际控制人股东，为了避嫌，防止董明珠利用格力集团，给格力电器输血，做出一些损公肥私的行为。

很自然，董明珠也应该卸任集团董事长位置。

整个事件梳理

在这个合作共谋中，董小姐和珠海国资委，都有自己的利益出发点。

原先的计划是董明珠牺牲集团董事长一职，获得对格力电器控制权，但计划落空。由于董明珠已经同意了卸任，国资委“假途灭虢”，借道收回权利。

如果是这样的，国资委非常不厚道，从其回复确认的语言中态度，个人还是比较倾向于这个猜想。

通俗讲：

就是你和对手，约定了事项：你让盟主位置（董事长），对手不在纠缠你的心上人（格力控制权和珠海银隆）；

当然，我个人还有一个非常阴谋论的猜想，当时投反对票的是中金等国资机构，这帮国资计划好了，设计一个方案，让其下课，卸任集团董事长。
