　　参考消息网11月18日报道台媒称，大陆网友最新曝光一艘052D导弹驱逐舰已刷上舷号117，未来将成为首艘入列北海舰队的052D级驱逐舰。解放军自2012年8月首舰“昆明”舰下水以来，短短4年时间，确认服役及在建的该型舰艇已达13艘之多。

　　据台湾东森新闻云11月16日报道，据拍摄的图片显示，大连造船厂内有3艘052D驱逐舰同时开工建造，而已刷上舷号117的舰艇为大陆第5艘该型驱逐舰“西宁”舰。

　　报道称，目前大陆确认服役及在建的13艘052D驱逐舰中，将有4艘入列北海舰队，提供未来更有力地配合辽宁舰进行远海作战，以肩负重要国防使命。

　　052D型驱逐舰是以052C型为基础发展而来，但相较于052C外形，052D的上层建筑倾斜角度更大，提供了更好的隐身性能；同时052C的直升机机库位于舰身轴线左侧，在052D型上变更成了设置在舰艇中轴线上；近防武器系统由位于舰桥之前的1座730型近程防御武器系统与位于机库顶部的24联装红旗-10防空导弹系统所组成，而原本的100mm舰炮被一座高度更高、隐身造型更完善的H/PJ38舰炮取代。此外，052D也首度装备H/LJG-346A型多功能主动式相位阵列雷达。
