On November 17, in XI ' an city intermediate people's Court in Shaanxi Province, Gansu province, publicly, former Deputy Director of the NPC Standing Committee Lu Wucheng bribery case, defendant Lu Wucheng sentenced to 12 years and six months on charges of taking bribes and sentenced to a fine of 1 million Yuan; for Lu Wucheng bribery proceeds of property shall be recovered and turned over to the State Treasury.

Identified by the hearing: 2006 to 2014, defendant Lu Wucheng served as Vice Governor of Gansu province, CPC Gansu Provincial Committee, Member of the Lanzhou municipal party Committee Secretary, Deputy Director of the Gansu Provincial people's Congress, and other duties, making use of his facilities, in project development, planning and approval, promotion and other matters for the benefit of others, illegally accepting other people's property, amounts equivalent to RMB 16,266,155 Yuan.

XI ' an city intermediate people's Court believes that defendant's behavior constituted the crime of taking bribes to Lu Wu. After Lu Wucheng case, bearing, truthfully their crimes, active account not available for handling most of the facts of the crime of accepting bribes; the sentence commuted, and actively tuizang, all the illicit money and goods have been recovered, with statutory or discretionary punishment if the circumstances, may be given a lighter punishment according to law. 　　11月17日，陕西省西安市中级人民法院公开宣判甘肃省人大常委会原副主任陆武成受贿案，对被告人陆武成以受贿罪判处有期徒刑十二年六个月，并处罚金人民币一百万元；对陆武成受贿所得财物予以追缴，上缴国库。

　　经审理查明：2006年至2014年，被告人陆武成在担任甘肃省人民政府副省长、中共甘肃省委常委、兰州市委书记、甘肃省人大常委会副主任等职务期间，利用职务便利，在项目开发、规划审批、职务晋升等事宜上为他人谋取利益，非法收受他人财物，共计折合人民币1626.6155万元。

　　西安市中级人民法院认为，被告人陆武成的行为构成受贿罪。鉴于陆武成到案后，如实供述自己罪行，主动交代办案机关尚未掌握的大部分受贿犯罪事实；认罪悔罪，积极退赃，赃款赃物已全部追缴，具有法定、酌定从轻处罚情节，依法可以从轻处罚。法庭遂作出上述判决。
