　　今天，吉林省辽源市中级人民法院公开宣判中共黑龙江省委原常委、大庆市委原书记韩学键受贿案，对被告人韩学键以受贿罪判处有期徒刑十二年六个月，并处没收个人财产人民币一百万元；对韩学键受贿所得财物及其孳息予以追缴，上缴国库。

　　经审理查明：1998年至2014年间，被告人韩学键在担任黑龙江省贸易厅副厅长，黑龙江省贸易局局长，黑龙江省大庆市市长，黑龙江省委常委、大庆市委书记期间，利用职务上的便利，在干部职务晋升、调整及企业经营等方面为他人谋取利益，直接或者通过特定关系人收受他人财物共计折合人民币1686.5253万元。

　　辽源市中级人民法院认为，被告人韩学键的行为构成受贿罪。鉴于韩学键到案后，如实供述自己罪行，主动交代办案机关尚未掌握的大部分受贿犯罪事实；认罪悔罪，积极退赃，赃款赃物已全部追缴，具有法定、酌定从轻处罚情节，依法可以从轻处罚。法庭遂作出上述判决。（央视记者 官志伟 奚丹霓）
