　　新京报快讯（记者王煜）今日（11月17日）下午，新京报记者从南京栖霞区人民检察院获悉，因涉嫌以危险方法危害公共安全罪，在南京酒驾肇事，致一对母子身亡的江苏句容官员朱小虎已被批捕。

　　此前南京警方通报称，11月4日晚9时30分，朱小虎驾驶一辆红色轿车，在南京市迈皋桥附近的长营村公交站台附近连撞7辆车，并将一对母子撞伤致死。警方事后查明，朱小虎，今年53岁，系句容市民政局工作人员。经南京市公安局物证鉴定所检测，确认其为饮酒后驾驶。随后，句容市民政局确认，肇事者朱小虎系该局副局长。

　　11月5日，南京警方以涉嫌危险方法危害公共安全罪，对朱小虎立案侦查，并对其采取刑事拘留强制措施。

　　今日下午，新京报记者从南京市栖霞区人民检察院获悉，11月16日，经审查决定，检方以涉嫌以危险方法危害公共安全罪，批准逮捕犯罪嫌疑人朱小虎。目前，案件正在进一步办理中。
