在公开信中，冯小刚借用潘金莲之口嘲讽王健林“孩子气”、“小格局”，感叹自己“只因与那间小公司稍有瓜葛，也糊里糊涂躺在了贵集团的铡刀之下”。

不到一小时，这封公开信就在冯小刚拥有近2000万粉丝的微博上被转载了超过1万次。媒体们纷纷转发，很快又在微信朋友圈形成刷屏之势。

今年七月华谊兄弟另一部影片《摇滚藏獒》上映时就闹出过同样的风波，因此许多人认定万达故技重施，再一次公报私仇。而也有另一部分人认为，万达影院有权按照自己的意愿排片，即便一场不排也无可厚非。

不过这件事并没有那么简单。万达对《我不是潘金莲》的差别对待，以及冯小刚炮轰万达之后电影圈的支持声浪背后，是这家公司过去几年与整个电影圈的暗战。

就在冯小刚发出公开信不久后，《我不是潘金莲》的制片人杜扬在自己的微博转发并评论道：“四年开发路漫漫，我也是一枚制片界的李雪莲，苦啊。坚持做好电影为什么这么难？我也曾跟随王健林总多年，相信这并非王总的本意，请万达院线对《我不是潘金莲》敞开怀抱。”

在杜场和搭档宋歌成立摩天轮影业之前，她正是就职于万达影视，负责万达整体项目开发。四年前，就职于万达的杜扬买下了《我不是潘金莲》的电影版权，所以，这部电影一开始是万达的孩子。

随着杜扬和宋歌的集体出走，这个项目也被带走。不过当时的《我不是潘金莲》尚未形成剧本，大部分业内人士也只是把它当成一个“有趣的文艺片”对待，这或许也是万达把《寻龙诀》这样的大项目留下，愿意放走这个项目的原因。

不过随着冯小刚接手，华家兄弟入局，范冰冰成为主演，《我不是潘金莲》逐渐显露出了大片相，看着自己家的孩子就这样成了邻居家的招牌，万达自然不会甘心。

内容一直是万达的痛处，它需把足够多的内容吸引人们进入购物中心顶层那些300座的黑房间里。所以在过去几年，万达一直通过各种方式投资和开发自己的项目，试图建立自己的内容生产体系。

但无论是杜场、宋歌的出走，还是叶宁的离开，归根到底都是同一个原因：在万达的管理体系之下，无法为这些电影创作者提供一个做内容的土壤。

叶宁在接受媒体采访时曾这么解释自己离开万达的原因，“如果只是做职业经理人的话，我不会离开万达”。

电影背后还站着猫眼和耀莱，这是万达忌惮的对手

媒体们乐于见到华谊兄弟和万达互掐，不过相比起华谊，《我不是潘金莲》背后的另外两家公司，或许也是我们能看到今天这出大戏不可或缺的角色。

根据一位知情人士对《娱乐资本论》的说法，耀莱影视通过提供5亿元保底，获得了这部电影20%的投资权。而为了完成电影的保底目标，后者又找来了猫眼做为电影发行方。

耀莱影视进军电影业的路径和万达相似，通过投资影院建立渠道，然后逐步向上游挺进，进行电影的投资和发行。尽管目前从绝对影院数量来说，万达要远高于耀莱，但后者正在通过资本市场奋力追赶。

去年11月，耀莱宣布通过壳公司ST松辽募资25亿元，其中的20亿将用于建设90家影院，同时耀来文化将生产8部电影，剩下的5亿用于补充影视业务。今年7月，耀莱又紧跟万达与杜比合作在北京开设了第一家杜比影院，加强旗下高端影院的竞争力。

相比耀莱，猫眼所拥有的线上发行能力，已经在过去几年让万达吃过苦头。2014年国庆，一部《心花路放》让猫眼的票补和预售模式成为电影界的新宠，两个月后，由万达五洲保底，万达院线一路护送的《一步之遥》票房平平，让更多的人质疑万达的发行和渠道能力。

在今年各家都很少对电影进行票补的情况下，猫眼决定增加对《我不是潘金莲》的票补，让万达不得不警惕。它最不愿意看到的，就是再出现第二个《心花路放》。

万达可能帮了倒忙，不过王健林要想想怎么成为更好的合作者

冯小刚炮轰之后，王思聪发微博进行了回应。他认为没有人和钱过不去，如果《我不是潘金莲》票房好，万达一定会按照程序化的流程增加排片。

但这一说法的前提院线提供的排片量能够达到被观众看到的比例。如果本身排的场次少，又在非黄金时段，那么观众自然看不到，也谈不上票房逆袭增加排片了。

不过，这一来一去，原本一部热度一般的电影成了全民热议的话题。冯小刚当然明白其中的套路，不然他也不会用这种气急败坏的方式写这样一封阴阳怪气，又充满攻击性的公开信。

万达这一次的“狙击”最终结果可能是帮了倒忙，同时又让那个院线垄断的老问题又被拿了出来。

好莱坞通过《派拉蒙法案》，禁止电影公司同时拥有影院。但在国内并没有这样的禁令，因此包括万达、博纳、华谊兄弟再内的公司都同时拥有电影制作和院线业务。

随着渠道增长逐步放缓，渠道通过兼并变得更加集中之后，这种“全产业链”对行业带来的副作用也会更加明显。而坐拥国内第一大院线和发行公司的万达，将会遭遇最大的挑战。

像《我不是潘金莲》这样的事件会越来越多的出现，王健林也不能总用公司恩怨作为挡箭牌。我想即便是他，也不想站到整个行业的对立面。

王健林信奉资本和速度的力量，但如今的中国电影行业最不缺的就是资本，最忌惮的就是速度。

万达不可能在电影行业一家独大，这也就意问着，他需要在忙着吓唬好莱坞的同时，想想怎么在自己的市场上，成为一个更好的合作者。
