　　7月23日，32岁的游客赵女士在北京八达岭野生动物园内下车，被老虎咬伤，其母周女士下车时遭另一只老虎袭击死亡。事发后东北虎园一直处于关闭状态，直到上周日才开园。

　　东北虎园重新开放后有何整改措施？18日，新京报记者跟随园方工作人员前往探访。

　　东北虎园整改期内增设电网

　　记者在事发地看到，右边是一个岔路口，视频中的巡逻车正是从这里出来。左边是一个小山坡，坡上种有草皮，坡顶趴着三只东北虎。前方则是两道绿漆大门，门上有两块禁止下车的警示牌。八达岭野生动物园负责人曹志杰称，蓝色警示牌是整改期间新增的。

　　曹志杰指着山坡上一块石头称，当时赵女士母女被老虎拖到此处，现场共有三只老虎。由于巡逻车无法冲上山坡，只能在坡下来回轰油门，驱赶老虎。至于赵女士质疑救援时为何没有使用麻醉枪的问题，曹志杰表示，麻醉枪是国家管制器具，一般不轻易使用，只在动物受伤需要治疗时使用，因此巡逻车上一般不配备此设备。记者再三要求查看麻醉枪，他表示，管理设备的人当天不在园内。

　　据介绍，整改期间，东北虎园内已经增设电网，并在出口处大门上增设一块蓝色警示牌，上面写着“严禁下车”。

　　重新开园后老虎重新被放出

　　园方办公室主任刘维世介绍，事发后东北虎园一直处于关闭状态，直到上周日才开园。曹志杰表示，开园后游客数量并没有减少。

　　对于老虎目前的情况，曹志杰介绍，事发后已经将老虎关进笼子里，上周末开园后又重新放出来，游客多时多放，游客少时少放。他说，八达岭野生动物园的老虎并非马戏团的老虎，全是放养状态，管理员每天早上固定时间入园，然后进入一间固定的屋子，关上大门，放老虎出笼，等老虎被收进笼子才会出来。

　　目前园区仍未恢复保险

　　对于近期公布的老虎咬人的“完整版视频”，曹志杰称，事发后调查组取走了目前流传的完整版视频，后来媒体所拿到的剪辑版视频是从调查组获得，并非园方。

　　曹志杰介绍，每个园区的大门都是电动控制的，东北虎园对面的非洲狮园内有一电动门操作间，从里面可以看到外面的情况。有车要进就开门，车进入以后关门，三道门中间是安全区，门不能同时打开。

　　“从那儿可以看到东北虎园入口和出口、孟加拉虎园出口、非洲狮园入口。”曹志杰说。

　　不过，记者在其他园区看到，并非所有安全区的门都紧闭，仍有绿色大门处于敞开状态。

　　此前人保财险北京分公司宣布暂停与八达岭野生动物园的意外险合作。

　　记者留意到，目前，自驾游车辆进入园区只需要签订一份入园协议，园方会发放“六严禁”通知单，但仍然没有恢复保险。（记者 曾金秋）
