　　昨天下午，在轨飞行33天后，神舟十一号飞船返回舱成功着陆， 航天员景海鹏、陈冬身体状态良好，标志着天宫二号和神舟十一号载人飞行任务获得圆满成功。

　景海鹏和陈冬此次在天宫二号空间实验室工作生活了30天，在太空停留33天，创造了中国航天员太空驻留时间的新纪录。在这一个多月的时间里，航天员们进行了多项实验，还创造了不少“第一次”。

　　第一次完成中国人在太空跑步

　　在两位航天员陈冬和景海鹏进入天宫二号的第二十天，他们完成了中国人的第一次太空健身跑。然而，第一次在宇宙中跑步并非易事，陈冬就表示最开始根本跑不起来，“直到第三天，景海鹏师兄跑起来了，还一下子跑了一小时。”

　　在实现太空跑步之前，陈冬和景海鹏主要是通过蹬自行车来进行健身的。陈冬就感到在天上蹬自行车和地面完全不同，“有点像是躺着蹬的感觉，不太容易使劲，还挺累的。”

　　第一次在太空人工栽培蔬菜

　　此次在轨植物共做了27天的实验，从第一天植物装置的组装，到浇水，在轨的播种，铺地膜，所有的程序都由航天员亲自完成。这次是中国首次在太空人工栽培蔬菜。

　　不过，在太空中种出的生菜暂时不会让航天员食用。航天员将把植物采样带回来，进行生物安全性检测，只有检测合格后，才会在下次实验中考虑让航天员食用栽培的蔬菜。

　　特殊的实验：6只蚕宝宝在太空吐丝结茧

　　此次太空飞行任务中，有六只可爱的“蚕宝宝”和航天员们一起进驻天宫，他们是科学家培育改良的品种“秋丰白玉”。“太空养蚕”是这次飞行任务中一个有趣的实验，这也是香港中学生太空搭载试验方案设计比赛共70多个实验中脱颖而出的获奖项目。

　　带上来6只蚕宝宝中，有5只已经吐丝结茧，它们已被放到冷藏箱，将和航天员们一起返回地球。而6号蚕宝宝则长得不是太健壮，景海鹏和陈冬每天都在观察它，希望它也能够吐丝结茧。

　　第一次进行脑机交互实验

　　脑机交互是采集被试者的脑电，提取特征，识别命令，进行控制。这是国际上首次在轨进行脑机交互技术空间适应性测试。

　　脑机交互将是未来人机交互的最高形态。航天员在太空环境，完成复杂作业任务受到极大的限制，脑机交互可以不依赖外周神经和运动系统，将航天员的思维活动转化为操作指令，同时又能监测航天员的脑力负荷等神经功能状态，实现人机互适应，减轻作业负荷，是最为理想的人机交互方式。而太空脑机交互实验，就是对这一技术在轨适用性的最为关键的验证。

　　第一次天地联讲科普课

　　驻留在天宫二号空间实验室期间，景海鹏、陈冬与地面上的航天员王亚平一起为中国青少年小朋友录制了一堂“太空科普课”，这也是世界航天史上第一堂“天地联讲科普课”。

　　科普课的主题是“太空一日”。三位航天员分别在太空和地面向观众介绍在太空中工作和生活的一天。景海鹏和陈冬回答了小朋友们的问题，并表演了在失重环境下远程喂投食物、打太极拳、倒立等高难度动作。

　　回首“天神任务”每一步都精彩难忘

　　在两位航天员景海鹏和陈冬抵达北京时，迎接他们的中国载人航天工程总指挥张又侠都说了同样的一句话，这句话是在航天员出征之前的一份约定，“北京见，说话算数”。现在他们回来了，可他们33天的太空之旅，每一个过程都值得我们回味。
