CCTV News: Yachi River Bridge completed in Guizhou steel truss arch closure marked the major stage victory for the expensive high-speed rail construction.   央视网消息:贵州鸭池河特大桥顺利完成钢桁拱合龙,标志着成贵高铁建设取得重大阶段性胜利。而这座桥堪称中国目前最难修的山区铁路拱桥,工程师用了两句话来形容:一是刀尖上跳舞,二是针尖上绣花。


  鸭池河特大桥是世界首座高铁钢混结合拱桥,融汇了钢桁梁桥、斜拉桥等多种类型的桥梁工艺,在桥跨和结构上有多项创新,对同类桥梁设计施工具有指导性意义。同时,也堪称中国目前最难修的山区铁路拱桥。


  大桥位于峡谷之中,瞬时风速最大可达十级,对整个钢拱拼装过程,包括缆索吊施工过程,抗风要求特别高。缆塔塔顶距离鸭池河水面有110层楼高,而最大单件吊装的重量达270吨,控制难度大,施工安全风险极高,几乎是刀尖上跳舞。而钢桁拱连接是采取栓焊结合方式,对加工精度和拼装要求非常高,被工程师形容为“针尖上绣花”。


  成贵高铁预计于2019年峻工通车,通车后成都到贵阳的时间将从过去的将近20小时缩短至大约2小时。
