新华社广州11月19日电（记者吴涛、毛鑫）19日中午，在广东省梅州兴宁市龙田镇环陂村，“华南双季超级稻年亩产3000斤全程机械化绿色高效模式攻关”项目测产验收组测产后宣布：该项目年亩产量达到1537.78公斤，项目实验获得成功，并创造了水稻亩产量新的世界纪录。
11月的广东正值秋收季节，测产验收在秋阴里展开。经过现场收割、称重和测算，袁隆平主持的“华南双季超级稻年亩产3000斤全程机械化绿色高效模式攻关”项目晚造实割亩产705.68公斤（干谷），加上早造的亩产832.1公斤，最终年亩产量达到1537.78公斤（折合3075.56斤）。
测产验收专家组组长、中国工程院院士罗锡文说，广东气候特点是高温高热多雨，水稻极易有病虫害，要实现增产并不容易，尤其今年梅州地区晚造天气灾害明显，台风“海马”带来的风雨影响很严重。该项目华南双季稻两季产量相当于以前的三季，是重大突破。
袁隆平在现场接受新华社记者采访时说，这是超级稻的第五代技术，此次项目成功，代表着中国水稻产量创下了一个新的世界纪录。而且本次不仅产量有突破，这个品种的大米质量可以与日本的越光米媲美。
这次验收的项目是袁隆平科研团队培育的超级稻在中国38个百亩示范片中唯一一个双季稻科研攻关项目。
华南双季稻3000斤技术攻关项目自2015年启动，由广东省农业厅组织，以国家杂交水稻工程技术研究中心和华南农业大学为技术支撑单位。广东省农业厅总农艺师陆国煌说，该项目采取“超级稻+强源活库优米技术+钵苗机插秧+机械化病虫绿色防控”技术，好气灌溉，全程机械化，绿色统防统治病虫害。
国家杂交水稻工程技术研究中心党委书记马国辉说，全程机械化操作是该项目技术特点之一，这也符合中国农业发展趋势，有利于今后大规模推广。
中国现有水稻种植面积4亿多亩，其中华南双季稻分布于湖南、江西、广东等地，播种面积约2亿亩，年亩产量约900公斤。如果这一技术能够大面积推广，即使按照每亩年产量提高100公斤算，也将明显增加中国粮食产量，提高中国粮食安全保障能力。（完）
