章丘法院认为，被告人刘某以非法占有为目的，秘密盗窃他人财物，数额巨大，其行为已构成盗窃罪，被指控的罪名及犯罪事实成立，依法判处有期徒刑三年零六个月，并处罚金人民币4万元。由于其在假释期内犯罪，故对其撤销假释，数罪并罚，决定执行有期徒刑六年并处罚金人民币48000元。
