凉山州有关部门的负责人表示，警方在进一步调查取证，如果构成诈骗罪的条件，将对涉事主播进行追责，“目前还没有进展，如有情况有关部门将会发布。”

对于此类伪慈善现象，快手直播平台也发布最新进展，宣布对查实利用直播进行伪公益骗粉的“杰哥”进行永久封号处理。目前，该平台正在继续进行全面排查，对涉嫌伪公益行为的其他6名用户，也暂时关闭了其直播权限，并已将在大凉山做公益的21个账号予以封禁。

连日来，成都商报记者从凉山相关部门了解到，在凉山这样的伪慈善直播团队，不止一个，其中就包括被曝光的“杰哥”“OK哥”“狼王”“黑叔”“山东梅姐”等，这些直播团队之前在凉山进行了几个月的公益直播。
昨日，据当地的知情人士介绍，在布拖县觉撒乡的一个村庄，一个多月前，三个外地人，来到该村找到一名老人，喂东西、帮忙洗脚，主播还给了老人几百元，让老人举着拍摄，最后，老人只是摆拍对象，主播们发的钱也被收回，只给了老人二三十元作为“辛苦费”，另外只送了一点面条和一件衣服。

经记者多方核实，最早被曝光的“快手杰哥”等人做伪慈善的地方，是布拖县九都乡达觉村。据当地村民介绍，十月的一天，当时几名男子提着一些东西来村里，说要发东西，还要发钱。被骗的一位村民回忆，大人小孩在路边被安排站成两排，然后一文身男子（快手杰哥）就开始拿出钱来发，一个人发一小堆，具体好多钱不清楚。“他们就拿着手机拍照。”该村民说，当时这些人还叫村民要把钱拿在手里，不要揣进包包里，“还喊（我们）把手举高点，不要放下来，不然啥子都不给。”
据该村民介绍，当（拍摄）完了之后，这些人就把钱收回了，只给发了一些毛巾、牙刷等生活用品，还给每个小孩发了铅笔和鸡蛋。
据了解，“快手杰哥”给村民发出的3万元，在直播完毕后，全部被收回。最终，这些主播给村民发的东西总价值不到200元。
背后真相
随便找的村民 并非主播称的“村里最贫困15户”
据当地村干部介绍，当天有一共有17人参与拍摄，10名大人，7名小孩。“年轻人都在外面打工，村里大多是一些老人和妇女儿童，大家都不懂啥子叫直播。”多位村民表示，当事情被网络和电视曝光之后，以及相关部门来村里进行调查，大家才知道被骗了。

当地部门：违背了慈善的本质 坚决严厉打击伪慈善行为
凉山当地政府部门有关人士在接受成都商报记者采访时表示，不可否认，有很多公益组织的确推动了当地扶贫济困工作，但还有一些人总是打着慈善的幌子，在凉山搞伪慈善活动，夸大当地的贫穷，摆拍、作秀渲染当地生活状态。“在凉山已经发生了多起类似的事件，这样造假、造贫的方式损害了凉山及当地村民的形象，严重损害公众对慈善公益的信任度。”

凉山州民政局的有关负责人表示，对于这种搞伪慈善的行为，有关部门将采取“零容忍”态度，坚决查处相关慈善违法行为，对于这种恶意骗捐的行为，将给予重拳打击。
