“如果要不到钱，估计以后都很难在这行干了，因为不会有人再信任你了。”过去的近一个月，荷包蛋一直在替她召集的51名直播主播“讨薪”，但并没有什么结果。
组织者：负责招募的经纪人失联

“最后在西安招募了500名主播，这些主播的费用问题都是我协商的。”小雨说，在正式直播前她多次与周某就签订协议的问题进行沟通。而在和周某联系期间，周某称曾收到7.5万元的款项，“但他说这是他和另一联络人周某某的酬劳，并不包括我们的钱。”再后来，周某多次变换微信名称，最后将小雨拉黑失联。
在与“克拉克”公司及一位要播直播平台的相关负责人联系后，小雨被告知款项已转给周某，而周某可能“携款潜逃”。
要播：已支付25万主播服务费
为了寻找周某及周某某，小雨她们发动大量人力在网络上搜寻。而为了讨个说法，小雨她们也不断在微博上发布信息。
“要播app官方微博”上，11月8日和11月10日先后两次发布了《要播官方声明》，到了11月17日，记者再次浏览其官方微博，发现11月8日的微博已经删除。
声明中称，近日，霍尔果斯呜哩网络科技有限公司发现有多名声称在旗下移动互联网直播平台“要播”进行直播的主播未能如约取得相应底薪或服务费的信息，而此事实际上是要播平台长期合作机构天津一文化工作室于今年9月21日至10月20日期间招募主播在要播平台进行直播工作，随后工作室将合作项目转委托于自然人朱某负责，达成合作协议仅针对输送主播所产生的虚拟礼物收入进行分成结算，而朱某又将合作项目转委托给自然人周某、周某某等经纪人负责，周某、周某某等人又将合作项目转委托给某微信用户微信号等主播组织者负责，但部分主播并未与朱某、周某、周某某等经纪人以及微信用户等主播组织者签订任何书面协议。
声明中称，朱某、周某、周某某等经纪人、微信用户等主播组织者在未取得书面许可及充分授权的情况下，对外明示或暗示承诺的“2000元底薪”系其个人行为，相关后果与要播平台无关。工作室已于11月2日向朱某支付主播服务费等全部款项25万余元，并附上相关合作协议、朱某的个人声明及收款证明等照片。
而在小雨提供的一份个人声明中，周某称已于11月4日收到西藏克拉克文化传媒有限公司法人代表朱某的汇款，事由为在要播平台组织的9月21日至10月20日直播主播的费用，并声明因为主播已产生或可能产生的纠纷负全部责任，与“克拉克”公司与要播直播平台无关。
小雨说，要是按照底薪的说法，持续完成直播的西安区域主播的“欠薪”将近100万元，主播们收到的礼物可兑换15万元左右。
连日来，华商报记者试图联系周某、周某某未果。11月17日，记者多次拨打要播微信公众号上的客服电话，均无人接听。
律师：可向劳动监察投诉或申请劳动仲裁
