来自云南文山的小熊只有15岁，他说，刚来的时候还没有对他们计件，晚上8点半就下班了。他还心想：这活干得不累嘛！
可是后来，计件数从每天350件，增加到500件，

小熊说，老板还想增加，可是再增加也干不出来了……
在这里上班的每一天是什么样的？
每个月30天，最少要干28天！
早上7点半就起来了，虽然说晚上10点钟下班，可那是在活能干完的情况下，活干不完，就得加班！
而按照小熊的说法，老板加给他们的计件任务，已经多到快干不完了，因此可想而知，加班在这里是常态。
而且，只要不听话，还要挨打。
“打一顿，干活快得很……”
不干到年底没有工资可能还要赔偿
受访者称：如果不干到年底的花，工资大部分都是不给的，能给一点生活费或者路费就算不错了。
小熊也证实，如果中途走人，老板是不会给钱的。
“我刚到这，老板就跟我说，要干到年底才能走，不然不会发钱。”

这样的日子，显然是很苦的。
小熊说：他刚来这个工厂的时候，跳过一次厂，被老板找到了。

一位老板在接受采访时也说，今年厂里跑了六七个工人，对这种工人的方法，就是押着对方的身份证和银行卡，没收手机，工人就没办法了，跑不了了。
