白领小徐在微信朋友圈中找了一份“投票员”的网络兼职，令她没想到的是，不仅钱没挣到，反而被骗了200元钱。法晚记者通过调查梳理发现，这样的招聘广泛分布在QQ群、微信群、朋友圈、贴吧、论坛，职位有打字员、投票员、影评员、快递单号录入等，而这些轻松又高薪的“工作”，到最后均需收取如“认证金、保证金、购买序列号”等各类费用，才能办理“入职”。
业内人士称无论说法怎么变换，套路都是一致的，“只要让你交钱，都可以认定是骗局”。
爆料微信朋友圈找兼职被骗200元
10月22日，来自黑龙江的小徐在微信朋友圈里看到一条动态，这是一张带有二维码的图片，内容显示“招聘投票员。每票2元~5元，无需押金、身份信息，一个微信号，空闲时间做做，日赚80元~150元”。小徐说，这条信息是一个朋友所发，自己也没多想就扫描了图片上的二维码，将对方加为了好友。
对方自称是网赚平台客服，向小徐详细讲解了多种兼职的工作内容和佣金情况。随后以入职要求为名，让小徐把他们的招聘兼职广告转发到8个群或100个微信好友。
随后客服将完成任务的小徐，推荐给一个QQ昵称为“轩可”的培训老师。对方让她下载了一款IS语音的聊天软件，在1161133号房间，“轩可”向包括小徐在内的群友，介绍了入职要求，称“紧急招工期间，288元会费全免，只收98元的认证金。入职后立返150元，会员每月还补助204元”。
小徐心动了，用微信转账的方式缴纳了98元的“认证金”。根据培训老师要求，小徐又添加一个QQ昵称为“心碎满地伤”的派单员为好友。
这时，派单员告诉小徐，她目前只是普通会员，需要学习7天，每天学习8个小时，中间不能中断，否则重新学习。学习完由商家负责考核，没过也需要重新学习。“如果想绕过这一步，可以选择高级会员”。对方称，只需再交99元保证金升级，就能立马工作。
当小徐支付了99元的保证金后，对方又让她缴纳100元的软件费等费用。小徐觉得情况不对，遂要求退费，很快这些“客服”“培训老师”“派单员”统统将她QQ删除，消失得无影无踪。
意识到自己被骗后，小徐向警方报案。
体验对方分工明确连环设套
法晚记者根据小徐提供的微信号，添加了这个名为“贵妃—网赚导师”的客服为好友。很快对方就通过了申请，并发送了一条“投票员”的工作介绍，记者对比她发送给小徐的消息，发现内容一模一样。
对方称“投票员”是新增项目，现在是推广期，入会费全免，只要将带有二维码的招聘信息，群发给100个微信好友并转发到朋友圈中，即可免费入职。
当法晚记者询问如何派单、工资结算等问题时，对方称“有专门的咨询老师和财务”。记者要求直接咨询“老师”遭到拒绝，对方称记者“不合适”，将记者“拉黑”。
无独有偶，就在“双11”之前，法晚记者也收了一条“录入快递物流单号”的兼职广告，称“因网购火热，快递公司外包单号录入。每单0.5元，日赚80~300元，加QQ群273664471”。招聘信息中明确说明，不收押金不收会费。
法晚记者加入这个QQ群后，发现该群已有1900人，还有新人在不断加入。一个昵称为“人生”的管理员不断催促着群员，加她为好友办理入职。
同样，管理员也要求将“兼职信息”转发到10个以上的QQ群或者微信群中，并截图留证。之后，记者被分配到一个名为“颜昕”派单老师的QQ号，办理入职手续。
“派单老师”要求记者先看一段视频，并嘱咐“认真看”。这是一段在优酷上的加密视频，时长约7分钟。视频里前半段是工作介绍和工资结算截图，后半段便提到了交费问题，称“有推荐人推荐进来的，会费388元全免，只要交99元认证金……入职后不仅返还99元还能拿到47元的辛苦费，共计146元。”
当问到为什么还要交费时，“派单老师”解释称，99元是购买“会员序列号”所用的费用，有此编号，才能接受任务和发放工资，这是为了保证商家和会员权益，人人都必须要交。
在该QQ群里，记者随机加了几位群友，询问是否接到过任务。一个昵称为“pjxx”的网友称，“你交了99还有第二个，第三个……这就是个连环套”。他说自己的一个朋友就中套了，劝记者千万别上当。
纵观整个流程，法晚记者发现，无论是小徐所在的语音平台还是记者所在的QQ群，管理员都会设置全体禁言，群成员之间不能进行临时会话，并提示“任何主动加你为好友的人都是骗子”。“招聘方”人员分工明确，各司其职，而最终就是不断地让求职者交钱。
法晚记者梳理发现，网络兼职诈骗大致分为三个步骤。
第一步“抛诱饵”
兼职信息有一些共同点：门槛低，不限时间、地点，报酬可观，承诺兑现快。
第二步“广撒网”
要求求职者将带有其联系方式的广告信息，如“招××兼职一天可以挣百元”、“这是真的，我已经验证过了”，转发到多个微信圈、QQ群及朋友圈，实现病毒式传播。
第三步“多敛鱼”
会以需要交纳押金、认证金、培训费、建档费……一步一步让求职者缴费。值得注意的是，付款方式也从以往的银行汇款发展到支付宝、微信二维码直接转账。
梳理招聘诈骗分三步受害者遍布多个省份
法晚记者在网上搜索“兼职骗局”等关键词，出现223万个结果，类似被骗的网友案例不在少数。
梳理发现，以前网络兼职诈骗的类型多以电脑打字、刷单返利、代卖充值卡等为主，近年来又发展了如微信投票、快递单号录入、写影评等许多“新职业”，这些工作往往“动动手指”就能完成。
四川女大学生小郝称，通过微信漂流瓶找到一兼职，在对方一步步地引诱下，小郝先后转出3.3万元，意识到上当后，已经无法联系到对方。案例还发生在湖北、甘肃等多个省份。
在媒体公开报道的案例中，许多受害者中了骗子的“连环套”，直接经济损失几千到数万元不等，还有的被套取个人信息后进行信用卡套现，有的通过点击网络链接造成个人隐私泄露等。
北京网络安全反诈骗联盟猎网平台数据显示，2013年至2015年，虚假兼职已连续3年在网民举报数量中占据首位，同时受害者人均损失也明显上升。
2016年1月至3月，猎网平台累计收到660人举报网络兼职诈骗，累计举报金额约280万元，人均损失4283元。
从受害人的职业分布上对比分析，今年一季度的数据中，上班族的受害者比例明显上涨，已达60.8%。

王一新提醒求职者，要尽量与用人单位签署劳动协议并核对具体内容。遇到高薪工作时，一定要保持清醒的头脑，多运用周围的资源，包括向亲朋好友咨询，去政府网站核实等。如果发现自己受骗一定要及时停止后续的交易，不要心存侥幸，避免损失更多的钱财。
