　　新京报快讯（记者曾金秋）八达岭老虎伤人案被咬女子赵女士今日表示，下午她父亲赵先生将到北京延庆区法院起诉八达岭野生动物世界。同时，他们还将申请指定管辖权，由非延庆区法院审理此案。

　　在起诉书中，赵女士请求法院判令八达岭野生动物世界赔偿母亲周女士的丧葬费、死亡赔偿金、精神损害赔偿金，以及赵女士后续医疗整形费、误工费、伙食补助费、精神损失费等。

　　同时，赵女士一家认为，由于延庆区政府在此案中有地方保护倾向，且此事在中国有重大影响，他们还将申请指定管辖权，由北京市第一中级人民法院或北京市高级人民法院提级管辖。

　　赵女士称，八达岭野生动物世界提供的猛兽区“自驾游”项目系违法经营，项目设计本身的缺陷很大，是造成原告遇袭并重伤的根本原因，也是导致其母周克勤死亡的主要原因。动物园仅着重于商业利益，漠视游客的人身和财产安全，严重缺乏安全风险防范意识，游客安保制度极度缺失、无应急预案是造成原告被老虎重伤，并导致其母周克勤死亡的直接原因。

　　今年7月23日，赵女士一家三口和母亲周女士到八达岭野生动物世界自驾游，因赵女士在东北虎园下车遭老虎咬伤，周女士下车营救女儿被老虎咬死。其后，延庆区政府出示事故调查结果认为，此事不属于安全责任事故。
