　　再往深里挖根源，舰队的政治工作干部们心头犹如重槌击鼓：军队强不强，关键看打仗。如果偏离战斗力标准，跳不出“自我设计、自我循环、自我检验”的狭隘圈子，政治工作必然失去威信和活力！

　　痛定思痛，知耻后勇。结合使命任务调整和自身职能转变，舰队持续开展“强主阵地、强打仗功、强生命线”政治工作干部岗位练兵活动，绘制“联合作战条件下的政治工作能力指标拓扑结构图”，激励大家强基强能、谋战谋胜。同时，对战时政治工作各种预案和标准进行细化，集中纠治政治工作游离于战斗力标准的问题积弊。

　　变化，体现在越来越多的政治工作干部身上，也投射在一个个军事行动之中。
