　　新京报快讯(记者王煜 实习生张彤)网络直播平台快手主播涉“诈捐”事件仍在发酵。昨日(11月21日)晚间，北京快手科技有限公司发布声明称，从未与主播或演艺公司有合同关系，已对涉事账号永久封号。

　　新京报此前报道，今年11月初，网络直播平台“快手”上，一个名为“快手黑叔”的主播发布的一段视频显示，十余名衣着破旧的村民站成两排，几名满身文身的网络主播向他们发放现金，录完视频后，又从村民手中将刚刚发出去的钱收回。随后，视频当事人“快手杰哥”承认，自己存在弄虚作假行为，而这一行为的动机，则是为了“涨粉”。

　　“快手”通过官方微博公开回应称，近期发现少数投机分子涉嫌假借公益之名行骗，平台已经冻结相关人员账号，并联系警方核查真相。随后，四川凉山州公安局通报称，已将相关人员驱离凉山。凉山警方同时建议，如果有网友被骗数额巨大，可向当地派出所报案。

　　21日晚间，北京快手科技有限公司通过其官方微博，再次回应该事件称，对查有实证的骗粉用户进行了永久封号处理，对涉嫌的用户暂时进行冻结。目前，快手仍在进一步配合警方对此事进行的调查。在警方调查落实后，将采取相应措施对受骗网友进行安排。

　　快手声明中称，从未与任何主播或演艺公司有过劳动、劳务或者其他合同关系。事发后，其将加强包括直播在内的内容管理，对于查实的播出包括但不限于伪慈善、吃异物、砸车、约架、假死等不良内容的用户，会根据违规级别给予相应处理。

　　此外，快手表示，将邀请专家、网友和机构，组成社区自律委员会，同时欢迎媒体入驻监督。快手APP将增强举报环节，设置专门的举报响应机制。对平台上出现的有争议的视频或账号，提交自律委员会仲裁决定，涉嫌违反法律法规的，移交警方及其他主管部门处理。
