　　据四川省成都市中级人民法院官方微博消息，昨天上午，“四川师范大学血案”被告人滕某被控故意杀人案在成都市中级人民法院一审公开审理。双方家属及人大代表、政协委员、法学专家、鉴定专家、媒体记者共计二十余人现场旁听了庭审。公诉机关指控，经鉴定，滕某患有抑郁症，对该违法行为评定为部分刑事责任能力。对此，被害人芦海清的代理人和家属都提出质疑。

　　昨天中午12点42分，四川师范大学凶杀案一审刑事部分审理结束。被害人芦海清家属的代理人四川英济律师事务所律师陈逢逢、廖勇和参加庭审的亲属告诉记者，警方出具的鉴定意见书显示，嫌犯滕某作案前，曾喝下4瓶啤酒壮胆。

　　陈逢逢和廖勇质疑说，《CCMD－3》序中注明，该书是作为中华精神学会的分类和诊断标准发表，而非国家指导分类和标准。鉴定人回答称，虽然是行业标准，但他们作为鉴定人的资质和能力以及这个标准，是司法部门认可的。

　　代理人质疑是否有自首情节？

　　对于起诉书认定的滕某自首情节，两代理人当天提出质疑，滕某行凶时让同学报警曾说“快报警，不然我还杀一个”。且警方出具的到案经过显示，处警民警到场后，滕某持刀和民警对峙，增援警力赶到后将其抓获。公诉人认为，当时滕某神情恍惚，没有对抗配合抓捕，又如实供认犯罪事实，所以认定为自首。

　　陈逢逢和廖勇说，刑事附带民事部分的开庭时间法院将另行通知。附带民事诉讼原告人的代理人提出被告人滕某威胁同学报警，在抓捕现场与民警对峙几分钟，不应当认定为自首。滕某作案时意识清醒，目标明确，有预谋，应是完全刑事责任能力人，请求对其从重处罚。
