发现女主播直播尺度大收礼物做不雅动作
“现在的直播尺度真大。”日前，网友张先生吐槽称，现在的直播平台门槛很低，只要在网站进行注册之后，随时可以开启直播。
张先生说，他在一个名为“陌秀直播”的平台上发现，因为直播平台都能花钱购买各种礼物送给喜欢的主播，有鲜花、汽车、飞吻等，这里的一些女主播为了多得礼物，竟然进行大尺度直播。
记者根据张先生的提示，在手机上下载了这款名为“陌秀直播”的APP，该平台24小时都有直播间，不同的主播选择不同的时段。打开页面之后，在“最新”选项之中，记者发现页面上出现各个正在进行的直播，不少女主播的照片上衣着暴露。
打开直播间后，记者发现部分女主播直接在床上搔首弄姿，且服装暴露，画面中不时出现裸胸等不雅行为。11月22日凌晨零时前后，一名ID地址为15547XXX的女主播更是开始在直播间做出表演动作，让不少网友狂送礼物。该女主播还根据网友所送礼物的情况，按照要求进行指定动作。
调查粉丝为看出格表演狂送礼主播可提现
《法制晚报》记者看到，不少粉丝根据主播的表演或者对主播内容的满意度，随时可以送出各种礼物。在屏幕右下角处有一个类似礼物盒子的标志，点开之后，可以选择送鲜花、飞吻、啤酒甚至汽车等虚拟礼物。
任何礼物都需要花钱购买，礼物从几元钱至几百元不等，其中一辆“跑车”需花费666元购买，“求婚”一次需花费1314元。主播为了吸引粉丝送更多礼物，会不时进行大尺度表演。粉丝为了继续看出格表演或者讨好主播，往往选择继续送更多礼物。
根据APP上的规则，得到礼物的主播可以“选择合适的方式进行兑换”。用户的提现申请都会在发起申请的72小时内完成转账。
用暗语联系粉丝主播私下卖黄片

记者了解到，陌秀直播自称是一个全民手机直播交友APP。平台在页面上称，必须进行绿色直播，禁止暴力、自残以及裸露等行为，管理员也会实时进行巡查。如果发现有违规行为，“我们可能会立即删除这些违规内容，永久禁止您使用陌秀直播服务。”
平台同时附上了一个用于举报的QQ号，页面上还公布了300多个被封的ID号码。
记者通过陌秀直播平台公布的管理人员QQ号码，成功添加好友后，将黄色直播情况进行反映，该QQ一直无人回复。

回顾直播监管不严媒体屡屡曝光

网信办要求平台直播内容先审后发
国家网信办11月4日发布《互联网直播服务管理规定》，提出“后台实名，前台自愿”的原则，对主播需进行基于移动电话号码等方式的真实身份信息认证。平台需要牌照，主播需要实名。通过网络表演、网络视听节目等提供互联网直播服务的，还应当依法取得法律法规规定的相关资质。
互联网直播服务提供者应当建立直播内容审核平台，对图文、视频、音频等直播内容加注播报平台标识信息，对互联网新闻信息直播及其内容实施先审后发管理。《规定》还要求互联网直播服务提供者对直播实施分级分类管理，建立互联网直播发布者信用等级管理体系，建立黑名单管理制度。
