　　11月24日7时40分许，江西宜春市丰城发电厂三期在建项目发生冷却塔施工平台坍塌特别重大事故。记者从现场救援指挥部获悉：截至24日22时，确认事故现场74人死亡，2人受伤。

　　目前，工作人员已核对确认了68名遇难者身份信息。确认身份的遇难者年龄最小的23岁，最大的53岁。当地政府正在全力做好遇难者家属接待、安抚工作。

　　当日上午11时左右，新华社记者赶到丰城电厂三期事故现场。记者在现场发现，内径125米、高70多米的在建冷却塔内，施工平桥吊坍塌在地上，钢筋扭曲叠杂在一起。现场救援人员正迅速地用液压剪等工具，剪断纠缠在一起的钢筋，清理现场，搜救仍被压在底层的工人。搜救犬正在逐一搜寻现场有无生命迹象。

　　幸存者讲述惊恐一刻

　　“不知道发生了什么，我逃出来以后就吓傻了。”记者在丰城市人民医院见到了目前在接受治疗的事故幸存者王摇胜。他和当时也在现场、现在医院照顾他的几名工友回忆了那惊恐的一刻。

　　24日一早刚过7时，他们10多位工友就到达冷却塔内，进行零班与早班的交接。在他们头顶上方70多米的高处，搭建有施工平台，那里还有几十名工人。大概五分钟后，他们突然听到头顶上方有人大声喊叫，接着就看见上面的脚手架往下坠落，砸塌水塔和安全通道。在地面层工作的工人迅速往冷却塔外跑。短短十几分钟的时间内，整个施工平台完全坍塌下来。

　　“当时上下施工平台用的电梯，一起坍塌了。除了地面层的工友，在上面的人全部坠落，被钢筋等材料压在下面。”王摇胜说。

　　从地面层成功逃生的工人王耀龙说，地面层的工人除了两人轻伤外都安全逃生，他们主要来自甘肃天水市。

　　记者了解到，发生事故的工地全称是“丰城电厂三期扩建工程”，建设单位是江西赣能股份有限公司丰城三期发电厂，总承包单位是中国电力工程顾问集团中南电力设计院有限公司，主体施工单位分别由4家公司分别中标建设。发生事故的是由河北亿能烟塔工程有限公司负责的D标段工程，即冷却塔与烟囱施工项目。

　　丰城电厂三期扩建工程是江西省重点工程，本期工程投资总额76.7亿元。发生事故的冷却塔今年4月份开工建设，计划建设高度156米。

　　冷却塔与烟囱施工项目的工程部工程师廖辉寿介绍说，冷却塔是双曲线建设工程，属于复杂的建筑种类。冷却塔外壁薄，施工平台跟随施工进度抬升。发生事故时，冷却塔已建设到70多米。据介绍，河北亿能烟塔工程有限公司，是专业从事冷却塔、烟囱、环保工程建设施工及项目改造的一家公司。
