　　针对近几日在网络广为传播的“云南昭通民警鸣枪示警后遭村民围攻并试图夺枪”事件，11月24日，昭通市公安局昭阳分局对案件情况进行了通报。

　　11月22日10时许，昭阳区永丰派出所接到报警称：在永丰镇小闸村17组与鲁甸县茨院乡交界处，有人把路堵了。

　　接警后，永丰派出所民警及永丰镇工作人员迅速赶往现场处置。通过现场了解得知，与永丰镇小闸村相邻的鲁甸县茨院乡板板房10组部分村民认为附近砂石料厂的货车把路肩压坏，便用石头堆在公路上不让大车通行，村民要求砂石料厂给予经济赔偿。

　　了解情况后，永丰派出所民警等工作人员对堵路 群众进行劝导，部分堵路群众不听劝导，并阻拦过往车辆。其间，部分堵路群众对路过的砂石料厂工作人员孟某某进行殴打，派出所民警及有关工作人员予以制止， 部分堵路群众转而手持锄头、大锤等工具围攻民警及工作人员，经多次口头警告无效后派出所民警鸣枪示警，但部分堵路群众仍未停止围攻，导致出警民警、辅警、 永丰镇工作人员及孟某某4人不同程度受伤。
