　　香港海关23日在香港葵涌货柜码头一艘过境货轮上，发现9部未有申报的新加坡陆军AV-81八轮装甲车及大批军事物资，遂扣查该批装甲车。

　　香港海关23日傍晚在葵涌货柜码头例行搜船时，在一艘来自台湾的过境货轮上发现部分货柜可疑，仔细检查后搜出共九辆装甲车，于是要求船长出示载货单，但发现名称不太清晰，于是通报上级并扣查该批军事物资，据了解该批货柜以新加坡为目的地。香港警方爆炸品处理组也到场检查是否存有爆炸品。

　　根据香港《进出口条例》第6A条，有关输入和输出战略物品的限制，战略物品就算是过境须获香港特区政府贸易署署长发出相关的进出口许可证。由于装甲车属战略物资，不论会否卸货，均须事先申领许可证，目前海关人员正进行深入调查，是否有人出错未有事前申办许可证，或是意图偷运来港。

　　据了解，此批装甲车属新加坡陆军的AV-81八轮甲车，随新加坡星光部队在台湾完成训练后返回新加坡。

　　新加坡军方昨发声明，证实一批用作海外训练的装甲车及相关装备，正于香港葵涌货柜码头接受香港海关的例行检查，新加坡当局正向海关提供协助，并期望货物可尽快运到当地。军方又指，装甲车今次亦是经由商业途径运回新加坡。

　　中国外交部发言人耿爽表示，正核实相关情况，强调外国人员及货物进出香港，应遵守特区相关法律。他又重申，中国政府一贯坚决反对建交国与台湾地区，开展任何形式的官方往来，包括军事交流及合作。

　　至25日凌晨，香港海关工作人员安排拖架将装甲车运往屯门内河船码头海关的验货场存放。 （央视记者 张成）
