11月25日消息，中国中车发布晚间公告，称控股子公司长客股份联合体签署澳大利亚地铁车项目合同;合同总金额约合101亿元人民币，长客股份占45%。

公告称，近日，本公司控股子公司中车长春轨道客车股份有限公司与澳大利亚Downer EDI Limited公司以及澳大利亚Plenary Group组成联合体Evolution Rail，与澳大利亚公共交通运输部签署澳大利亚维多利亚州政府高运量地铁车(HCMT)项目合同，合同总金额20亿澳元(约合101亿元人民币)，其中长客股份约占合同总金额的45%。

HCMT项目包括未来6年间将在维多利亚州生产的65列高运量地铁车辆，以及位于Pakenham东部和Calder公园的列车维护场地的修建。长客股份在该项目中的合同范围主要包括：65列高运量地铁车辆的设计、制造和调试;两套模拟器的设计和制造;参与Evolution Rail股权投资，出资不超过1500万澳元(约合7600万人民币)，持股比例为10%。
