中新网邢台11月30日电 （张鹏翔 李铁锤）针对网络平台上反映的“平乡交警钓鱼执法”一事，河北省平乡县交警大队副大队长王建30日回应称，此事经网络传播后，引起平乡县公安局高度重视，当即责成局纪委、督查部门介入调查。经查，网络平台上反映的“平乡交警钓鱼执法”情况不属实，该流动测速点符合中国公安部和河北省公安厅相关规定。
25日，一条“平乡交警钓鱼执法”的消息在当地贴吧、论坛及自媒体平台上传播。内容显示，在定魏线平乡段，有交警采用隐蔽式测速设备对过往车辆进行偷拍，并称平乡交警该行为属于“钓鱼”执法。同时，对交警在不足10公里的路段内设置了3个测速点是否合法提出疑问。文章中还引用《关于进一步规范使用交通技术监控设备测速工作的通知》的相关规定，对警方测速设备的使用提出质疑。该文章发布后引发关注，很多网民对交警的做法表示不理解。

该路段附近的尉庄村村民刘大伟说，以前没有安装流动测速点的时候，发生过因超速造成的死亡事故。自从安装了测速点后，过往车辆都注意了，因为在测速点的南北方向都有提示牌。
