在这则微博上，记者看到，男子直播殡仪馆火化过程最早是由一名网友无意间发现。网友称，看到这样的情景，想起了此前自己去殡仪馆送亲人时的场景，当时他便在直播群里面表示“要举报这样的行为”，没想到却被主播直接移出了主播间。
在网上曝出的“成都殡葬服务中心”账号里，记者看到不但有亡者的个人信息，甚至对火化这一肃穆的场景也进行调侃，称“快来烤火了”。另有一些视频场面甚至有些恐怖，将意外死亡的死者遗体进行直播，还标注了“胆小勿入”的标签。
出于对主播隐私的考虑，该微博上对主播的面部进行了马赛克处理，但依稀可以看出是一位男性。对于男子这样的直播，网友们纷纷表示了谴责，微博下方留言处，可谓是骂声一片。据发布该微博的博主称，播主是一名二十岁左右小伙，疑似在殡仪馆上班。
网友@罗小7_kyo评论称，他大概永远不明白眼睁睁看着一个你最爱的人，在你面前从人体变成灰，是怎样一种无可奈何和心痛。更有网友直接开骂，称“职业道德和脑子都是好东西，我希望他能有。”
11月29日下午，记者尝试下载注册了该直播平台，通过账号查询发现，“成都殡葬服务中心”这个ID已经无法显示，已被官方封号，但记者同时也发现了另外一个类似账号——“成都殡葬服务”。这个账号上介绍称“成都殡葬服务中心”的小号，此账号上共有8部视频，其中也包括接收遗体、遗体火化等。这些视频中，主播自行配上了节奏感较强的音乐，与画面格格不入，在一些视频中，甚至可以清晰的看到死者的面部。
到了11月29日晚上，记者发现该账号也已经被冻结，视频也没有再显示。
