经审查，检察机关认为，马某某等人结伙以威胁的手法强行向被害单位索要财物，数额巨大，其行为已触犯《中华人民共和国刑法》，犯罪事实清楚，证据确实充分，应当以敲诈勒索罪追究其刑事责任。近日，宝山区检察院以涉嫌敲诈勒索罪对马某某、王某、吴某三人提起公诉。
