微信朋友圈销售，涉案八千万 - IT资讯
近日，晋中市公安局食品药品犯罪侦查支队经过半年缜密侦查，成功侦破一起销售假药及医疗器械案，抓获犯罪嫌疑人6名，查获各类假药、医疗器械85种2.3万支，价值400余万元，涉案金额达8000余万元。目前，该案已被中国公安部列为2016年食药打假“利剑行动”督办案件。
2016年4月初，晋中市公安局食品药品犯罪侦查支队民警在对城区非法医疗美容机构进行走访排查时，发现一个微信昵称为“巴桑”的人，疑似通过微信朋友圈销售伊婉、白毒、丽舒妥等假药及医疗器械，并在不具备注射条件和资质的情况下，非法为他人注射玻尿酸，涉嫌销售假药。
7月7日，晋中市公安局以销售假药罪对该案立案侦查，并成立专案组。专案组委托晋中市食品药品监督局对犯罪嫌疑人符某某销售的“MELSMON”(美思满人胎素)药品进行鉴定，经认定为假药。在掌握充分证据的情况下，专案组民警先后奔赴北京、天津、江苏等地依法对涉案嫌疑人符某某、郭某某、符某某、方某、周某某、吴某某实施抓捕。在江苏扬州犯罪嫌疑人租住的库房内当场查获各类假药、医疗器械85种2.3万支，价值达400余万元。民警还查获2016年9月1日至9月13日发往中国各地的快递单1100张。
经讯问，该案6名犯罪嫌疑人自2015年从事销售微整形药品、医疗器械以来，累计销售金额达8000余万元。
目前，案件仍在进一步侦查中。
