今天上午，中国最高人民法院第二巡回法庭对原审被告人聂树斌故意杀人、强奸妇女再审案公开宣判，宣告撤销原审判决，改判聂树斌无罪。

这个最终的结果，距离聂树斌被执行枪决已经过去7890天。正义已经迟到，但我们还是等到了。
关于聂树斌案的经过，已经说得太多太多，在这里只简单回顾一下。
1994年8月10日，康某某父亲康孟东报案称其女儿失踪，后经公安机关侦查，认定康某某系被聂树斌强奸杀害。
石家庄市中级人民法院以故意杀人罪判处聂树斌死刑，以强奸妇女罪判处聂树斌死刑。聂树斌不服一审判决，提出上诉。
1995年4月25日，河北省高级人民法院维持对聂树斌犯故意杀人罪的定罪量刑，撤销对聂树斌犯强奸妇女罪的量刑，改判有期徒期十五年，决定执行死刑。1995年4月27日，聂树斌被执行死刑。
2005年1月17日，另案被告人王书金自认系聂树斌案真凶。此事经媒体报道后，引发社会关注。自2007年5月起，聂树斌母亲张焕枝、父亲聂学生、姐姐聂淑惠向河北省高级人民法院和多个部门提出申诉，认为聂树斌不是凶手，要求改判无罪。
2014年12月4日，中国最高人民法院指令山东省高级人民法院复查本案。山东省高级人民法院经复查认为，原审判决缺少能够锁定聂树斌作案的客观证据，被告人作案时间、作案工具、被害人死因等存在重大疑问，建议中国最高人民法院重新审判该案。
中国最高人民法院于2016年6月6日决定提审该案。最终认为原审判决事实不清、证据不足，应当改判聂树斌无罪。
今天，和小伙伴分头前往中国最高人民法院第二巡回法庭的所在地辽宁沈阳，以及聂树斌老家河北石家庄市鹿泉区申后乡下聂庄村，见证了聂树斌案最终宣判时的场景。
专家法官等120余人参与旁听
今天上午，中国最高人民法院第二巡回法庭的第一法庭内，历时21年的聂树斌故意杀人、强奸妇女一案，在这里迎来最终结果。
第一法庭是中国最高人民法院二巡法庭内最大的法庭，最多可容纳130人左右，上午9点半左右，旁听席已经座无虚席。

上午9点37分，聂树斌母亲、申诉人张焕枝身着黑色羽绒服，在委托代理人李树亭的搀扶下进入法庭休息室。庭审结束之前，张焕枝和李树亭没有接受媒体采访。
上午9点56分左右，在书记员宣读完法庭纪律后，张焕枝和李树亭进入法庭。随后，审判长胡云腾带领另外4位审判员入庭。
胡云腾宣读的判决书显示，再审期间合议庭对案件进行了书面审理，赴案发地核实了证据，并询问部分原办案人员和证人，就有关程序问题征求了专家意见，并多次听取申诉人和代理人意见。
上午10点32分，全场人员起立，胡云腾宣布最终再审结果，宣告聂树斌无罪。
部分人大代表、政协委员、专家学者、法官、检察官、公安干警、律师、高校师生、公众以及新闻媒体记者等120余人旁听了该案的公开宣判。
聂母大喊“我那孩子回不来了”
中国最高人民法院再审改判聂树斌无罪，在现场的聂树斌母亲张焕枝听到这一结果后嚎啕大哭。
在现场看到，审判长、第二巡回法庭庭长胡云腾宣读审判则要时，坐在申诉人席上的聂树斌母亲张焕枝和代理律师李树亭一直表情凝重，并不时在纸上记录相关内容。
上午10点32分左右，全场起立，胡云腾宣读再审结果。在聂树斌被宣告无罪后，张焕枝先是落泪，落座后开始嚎啕大哭，并3次大喊“我那孩子回不来了”，“让我的孩子回来吧”。
现场法警和律师李树亭赶忙上前安慰，审判长胡云腾也提醒“法庭还有话对你说”。
待张焕枝情绪稳定后，法庭告知，根据国家赔偿法的相关规定，张焕枝2年内可向河北高院申请国家赔偿，此外还可以申请国家赔偿法律援助。
聂母对结果满意但正义来得太迟
庭审结束后，第一时间在现场采访了聂树斌母亲张焕枝。
针对判决结果，张焕枝表示，“我很满意，我就是等这一天，我就是要这个结果。结果再好，毕竟我也失去儿子了，我儿子回不来了，这一点来说我确实很痛苦，这个正义来得太迟了。”
对于下一步的打算，张焕枝表示：“目前还没有打算，21年我就是等这个结果，下一步我还没想好，还没有跟老伴儿商量。如果商量好了我会告诉大家。”
这些年申诉过程中最困难的是什么？张焕枝称，此前司法不完善，“走到哪里哪里都不理你，这是我感觉到最难的。”
对于中国最高人民法院再审的结果，张焕枝称，“我要明确的告诉大家，我很满意，我给中国最高人民法院院点赞，他们在纠正错案上下大力度、下大决心，体现了司法制度改革一步步在进步，这点我体验到了。司法环境在改变，在聂树斌案子上体现出来了。”
聂母就国家赔偿事项咨询审判长
庭审结束后，聂树斌母亲张焕枝表示“有话要说”。
上午11点半左右，在现场见证了审判长胡云腾和张焕枝的这场谈话，两人谈话主要是围绕后续的国家赔偿事项。
见到胡云腾，张焕枝表示：“我对于国家赔偿这方面不清楚。”
胡云腾回复称，按照法律规定，2年之内都可以向河北高院提出国家赔偿，现在回去就可以提出；在向河北高院申请国家赔偿时可以聘请律师，律师的费用河北高院可以提供法律援助。
在现场看到，张焕枝对胡云腾的回复认真在笔记本上记录，并反复确认。
谈话中，张焕枝表达了自己内心的疑问：“大家都知道河北高院对聂案的态度，我想中国最高人民法院给我做主，让河北高院直接给我赔偿，不知道这在程序上可不可以。”
胡云腾的回复给了张焕枝“定心丸”。他表示，宣判结束后已经通知河北高院，“你申请之后他们马上就会受理。河北高院今天就会表态，他们的态度很明确。”
胡云腾多次表示，不会发生为难的事情，河北高院会尊重中国最高人民法院院的判决。数额可以慢慢商量，河北高院会慎重研究。
聂树斌案的诉讼代理律师李树亭现场也表示，自己此前没有做过国家赔偿的案件，可以找一位熟悉这方面的律师帮张焕枝代理此事。
上午11点50分左右，持续近20分钟的谈话结束。胡云腾在张焕枝离开前表示：“这个案子是历史形成的，现在能够改判也是党中央依法治国推进的结果，首先要感谢国家司法的进步；你和你的老伴儿、女儿都要向前看，生活要继续，你们现在面临的生活困难、经济损失国家会赔偿，你们要多多保重。”
此外，胡云腾还表示，如果这次来沈阳的路费有困难，“我们可以给你解决”。
聂父得知改判结果激动痛哭
得知聂树斌被宣判无罪的消息，聂树斌的父亲和姐姐聂淑惠放声大哭。聂树斌父亲感谢依法治国，并对律师媒体表示感谢。
河北高院微博致歉，聂父接受
中国最高人民法院第二巡回法庭改判聂树斌无罪后，河北高院在微博上向聂树斌家属致歉，“谨向聂树斌的父母及其亲属表达诚挚的歉意。”
