王书金，49岁，河北省广平县农民。2005年1月，在河南荥阳落网，供述了多起强奸杀人案，其中包括1994年石家庄西郊玉米地奸杀案，即“聂树斌案”。
2007年3月，邯郸中院以王书金犯故意杀人罪和强奸罪一审判处其死刑。王书金以其供述的石家庄西郊玉米地奸杀案未被认定为由向河北省高院上诉，直到2013年9月，河北省高院二审宣判，认定发生在石家庄的奸杀案非王书金所为，驳回上诉，维持原判，报中国最高人民法院进行死刑复核。
截至“聂树斌案”昭雪，王书金案已经卡在死刑复核阶段1162天。
?2016年12月2日中午，王书金吃完午饭，坐在河北邯郸磁县看守所的监室里看新闻。这是他在这个看守所的第五年，在高墙内的第十二年。
央视《法治在线》播发了一条消息：中国最高人民法院第二巡回法庭宣布聂树斌无罪。
这意味着，与“聂树斌案”如影随形十多年的“王书金案”也将有个了结。
关注聂树斌案的人认为，“聂树斌案”、“王书金案”纠葛十一年。王书金也在司法机器的缝隙里多活了十一年。
他只有小学文化程度，却通过看守所里的电视，了解了司法体制改革，关心重大案件的程序是否公开透明。王书金的一位代理律师彭思源评价：“他久病成医”。
在得知聂树斌昭雪后，王书金现在是什么状态？他这些年在看守所中等待死刑复核的日子是怎样的？带着这些疑问，12月2日，记者委托王书金辩护律师彭思源将问题带给王书金，试图了解这个死刑犯的心路历程。
谈聂案平反
“聂树斌没干这个，他就应该无罪”
记者：知道聂树斌案平反了吗？
王书金：知道，中午看央视《法治在线》知道的。今天上午公开宣判，聂树斌无罪。
记者：你有什么感想？
王书金：聂案判了，下一个就该我了吧。宣布他无罪，说明国家法律公正，我相信法律。
这个案子改判了，我觉得司法机关会来提审我。只要查清楚了案子，我该负什么法律责任就负什么法律责任，该受什么刑罚就受什么刑罚。
记者：从2014年12月“聂树斌案”复查到现在，你一直在关注案件进展吗？
王书金：是的。
记者：复查一直延期，每次延期对你来说意味着什么？
王书金：延期一共是四回。每次延期，我都想是这案子复杂吗？我觉得这案子挺简单的啊。今年6月立案再审后，中国最高人民法院第二巡回法庭来提审过我，后来就没消息了，这几个月，我晚上看新闻，要是没有（聂案的消息），就有点焦躁，希望中国最高人民法院复查早点出结果。我关注的是和我的案子有关的案子的进展。不过我心态一直挺平和的。我就等着。
记者：2014年“呼格吉勒图案”平反，她母亲在电视上哭，你当时也哭了？
王书金：我也掉眼泪了。她儿给冤了。我心里不好受。
记者：你在电视上看到聂树斌的母亲了吗，你想对聂树斌父母说什么？
王书金：聂树斌没干这事，他就应该无罪。我自己在石家庄作了案，让聂树斌含冤为我顶罪，这不合理。我对聂家人不了解，之前朱律师（指辩护律师朱爱民，记者注）来见我，说张焕枝恨我，我觉得恨我没用。我交代在前，他们申诉在后。
谈死刑复核
“以前我还挺恐慌，现在我也不那么恐慌了”
记者：这些年有哪些人来提审过你？分别是什么时间？
王书金：来这个看守所的第二天（2012年7月16日，王书金被关押到河北磁县看守所：记者注），邯郸市公安局的人提审过我。
2013年11月左右（2013年9月27日，河北省高院二审维持死刑判决，随后案件进入死刑复核阶段。记者注），中国最高人民法院刑三庭的两名法官提审过我。
2015年3月，山东高院的法官来过。
2016年8月4日，或者是10月4日，记不清具体日期了，中国最高人民法院院第二巡回法庭的5位法官来提审过我。之后有个月的31号，中国最高人民检察院也有五六个检察官来过。
记者：分别问了你什么内容？
王书金：都是问我石家庄这个案子的具体过程。
记者：他们质疑你说的内容？
王书金：没有。他们就是听我说。
记者：除了2013年11月前后中国最高人民法院死刑复核小组来提讯你，之后还来过吗？
王书金：没有。
记者：看到别人死刑复核下来的状态吗？害怕吗？
王书金：这个是保密的，我不知道。我和别人不一样，要是我的（复核）下来了，我也不会恐慌。
记者：现在还想自首立功吗？
王书金：一审法院已经认定了我的自首情节。立功这个事情太复杂了，我自己都不知道怎么说，也不由我说了算。我今天看电视，聂树斌家人要求启动追责程序，当时“呼格吉勒图案”也启动追责了，这事应该还要调查，不知道追责的人数会不会超过“呼格案”？

记者：下一步你的命运怎样，你想过吗？
王书金：我犯的这个事儿在这儿，以前我还挺恐慌，现在我也不那么恐慌了。我的死刑判决不太可能会有什么变化，我有思想准备，可以坦然面对。什么事情也都考虑到位了。
记者：2005年被抓到现在，有人说你相当于多活了十年。你怎么看？
王书金：我肯定是多活了。普通老百姓都明白的事情。
记者：这些年有过绝望或者害怕的时刻吗？
王书金：没有害怕过，时间长了就不害怕了。绝望是有过的，但是我想着不能给所里的领导找麻烦，所以还是先等着把程序走完。
谈监室心态
“啥都放下了，骨灰随便扔哪都行”
记者：平时在看守所里做什么？
王书金：吃饭、睡觉、看电视。
记者：在看守所里最常想到的人或者事是什么？
王书金：我的哥哥嫂子。想他们在家里过得怎么样。他们肯定受我这个事情的影响了。
记者：你现在心里最放不下的是什么？
王书金：啥都放下了。我以前还想着执行死刑之后回家，现在想想，也没理由回家了。不回家了。我的骨灰随便扔哪里都行。
记者：这些年心态有变化吗？
王书金：没变化，身体不如以前了。有糖尿病，还有脑梗，一直在吃药。现在病也感觉没什么了，但是血糖高，要尽量少吃点。
记者：家里没有人来看过你，你会觉得很失望吗？
王书金：不会。是我先对不起他们。
记者：如果最后还可以见到家人和朋友，你最想见谁？
王书金：我的哥哥王书银，但他可能不想见我。我从小到大心里憋的事情想对他说，但都没有说过。我发生了这么多事情，什么原因他清楚，他是家里的顶梁柱，弟弟妹妹的教育他没有尽到一点责任。光靠武力是教育不好人的。
这一路都走过来了，回头一想，就知道原因出在哪儿了。
