?“今天判决后，您最想对儿子聂树斌说什么？”翻案后，媒体从法院门口，追到奔驰的高铁上，希望获得一个意味深长的答案。
“我真没有想好，要抽点时间好好想一想。”张焕枝选择了回避。
22年来，作为母亲，她只做了一件事，就是把落在儿子聂树斌头上的“强奸、杀人犯”几个字“去掉”。为了这个目标，她走过河北、北京、山东、辽宁。12月2日下午，中国最高人民法院的警车终于将她送上了回家的路。
亲友、律师、村书记、“一起告状的朋友”、媒体的电话和短信轰炸了她的老人手机。外界的关注和祝贺让她确定——“终于把清白争回来了。”
12月2日上午，中国最高人民法院第二巡回法庭对原审被告人聂树斌故意杀人、强奸妇女再审案公开宣判，宣告撤销原审判决，改判聂树斌无罪。
历经二十多年申诉再审之后，张焕枝觉得，终于可以带着公平和公正回家了。
号啕大哭

等待22年的判决
村书记打来电话，“张焕枝，你没白努力。”她哈哈笑，说以前努力的艰难不想了。曾经“一起告状的”（朋友）也发来祝福。她最惦念的是呼格吉勒图的母亲，“她之前经常打电话，让我保重身体，一定要等到树斌平反的那一天。”
张焕枝已经记不清与呼母的相识是在哪一年，她只记得，彼时呼案尚未被内蒙古高院提审，聂树斌的案子“更是没有动静”。
两个命运相似的母亲受北京一家报社邀请，到北京接受采访，此后便一直互相勉励。12月1日晚，呼格吉勒图的母亲在微博上提前送上了对聂树斌再审判决的祝福。一天后，张焕枝用“非常满意”形容那份等待了22年的判决。
根据中国最高人民法院第二巡回法庭的判决，中国最高人民法院认为原审认定聂树斌犯故意杀人罪、强奸妇女罪的事实不清、证据不足，不能认定聂树斌有罪，据此，宣告撤销原审判决，改判聂树斌无罪。

律师李树亭说，在中国最高人民法院低调再审的半年中，他向合议庭提交了一份《关于聂树斌故意杀人、强奸妇女案再审关键问题的重点说明》。
这份3万余字的意见，直指案中供述记录、作案时间、作案工具、被害人死因等方面的疑问。
“中国最高人民法院第二巡回法庭的法官曾与张焕枝和李树亭进行过多次、深入交流。11月25日，法庭的工作人员，借用了河北高法的办公室，与二人进行了长达三个小时的会见。”聂树斌案申诉再审的深度参与者之一马云龙告诉剥洋葱（微信ID：boyangcongpeople）。
2005年，马云龙在担任《河南商报》顾问时，最早报道了聂树斌案的“一案两凶”，并引发中国关注。

律师黑发变白发

2005年，马云龙拿着报道第一次找到张焕枝时，她还是一个“惶恐”的农村妇女，“她哭诉儿子的遭遇，对能否改变结果有些犹疑。”

改变的不止是张焕枝。接完一个记者的电话，她略有感慨。她算了下，这些年接触的记者已经有四代。2005年她最早接触的一位女记者，随着案件的推进，经历了单身、“谈对象”、怀孕，带起了孩子。

在案件推进最艰难的时期，代理律师李树亭甚至剃了光头，“出家修行两个月”。如今，与张焕枝打了11年交道的律师李树亭，也从最初的黑发变成满头白发。
期待回归平静生活
按照原计划，代理聂树斌案最长时间的律师李树亭将在宣判后退出。李树亭认为自己对国家赔偿相关业务并不擅长，希望能有更合适的律师代替。
张焕枝挽留了李树亭，她挽留的理由很简单，11年的交道，李树亭用农村人的话说，“能干”，更重要的是“我们是一家人。”
中国最高人民法院宣判后，胡云腾大法官向张焕枝详细讲解了国家赔偿的问题。“两年内提出，并且可以向河北高院申请法律援助。”张焕枝催促李树亭留下来，尽早开展国家赔偿和后续追责事宜。

李树亭应了下来。同时，他还有更重要的事。

在山东高院复查期间，曾就聂树斌案召开听证会。李树亭透露，此后，中国最高人民法院委托中国政法大学就冤案申诉再审中的听证会问题进行立项研究。“这有可能成为一项制度性的内容建设起来。”
