中国联通一高管受贿200余万 获刑5年半
京华时报讯（记者郑羽佳）宗某被控利用担任联通集团电子渠道部总经理时，为4家企业谋利，收受财物共计200余万元。昨天上午记者获悉，市二中院终审以受贿罪判处宗某有期徒刑5年半，并处罚金80万元。
现年48岁的宗某研究生学历，案发前系中国联合网络通信集团有限公司信息化和电子商务事业部总经理。因涉嫌犯受贿罪，宗某于2015年1月16日被指定居所监视居住，同年2月4日被逮捕。
一审法院认定，宗某于2008年至2014年间，利用在联通集团先后担任电子渠道部总经理、电子渠道中心负责人、电子渠道中心总经理、信息化和电子商务事业部总经理的职务便利，在物资采购业务中，为北京4家企业谋取经济利益，其间陆续收受企业给予的钱款共计人民币180万元、美元1.5万元及“萧邦”品牌腕表一只，经认定，该腕表的市场价格为人民币12.9万元。
2014年12月间，宗某在接受纪委监察机关针对其它问题的调查中，主动交代犯罪事实，后于2015年1月16日被检察机关采取指定居所监视居住措施，现其已通过家属退出全部违法所得。
一审法院认为，宗某在因其它问题接受纪检机关调查期间，能主动交代收受贿赂的事实，且在到案后能向司法机关如实供述，系自首，可对其从轻处罚，且宗某现已退出全部违法所得，具备一定悔罪表现，可酌情从轻处罚。
综上，一审法院以受贿罪判处宗某有期徒刑5年半，并处罚金80万元，在案扣押的财物予以没收。
宣判后，宗某向市二中院提出上诉。宗某的辩护人认为，一审法院依据侦查人员出具的工作说明，未认定宗某立功，且在量刑时对其自首、退赃等情节未予充分考虑，导致量刑过重，建议改判。
市二中院认为，宗某虽有揭发他人犯罪的行为，但揭发他人犯罪尚未查证属实，不应认定有立功表现，一审法院对宗某量刑适当。故宗某的上诉理由及其辩护人的辩护意见法院不予采纳。
综上，市二中院于近日作出终审裁定，驳回宗某的上诉，维持原判。
