“是我耍小聪明，自认为不直接拿老板的钱，向他们借钱总不会有大问题。而且我买的别墅是在德清县，与我工作的余杭区的房产不联网，组织是查不到的，心存侥幸就没申报。”浙江省杭州市余杭区仁和街道原党工委委员、办事处副主任阮晓东说起自己的违纪问题，后悔不已。
2016年初，余杭区纪委接到群众举报，反映阮晓东追求高消费，收受辖区内企业老板礼金等问题。区纪委立即组织调查，真相很快浮出水面。
虚荣心作祟 追求高消费
“他有一个很大的特点就是追求车子、房子的舒适豪华。”提起阮晓东，执纪人员首先想到三个字——高消费。
阮晓东是余杭区良渚镇人，和当地的老板们本来就比较熟。1998年，他担任良渚镇分管工业的副镇长，与老板们的交往也越来越密切。目睹着老板们的奢华生活，他的虚荣心一天天跟着膨胀。
2001年，阮晓东调任良渚遗址管理区管委会国土与规划建设处副处长，履新之际，单位配给他一台轿车，后来因为单位人事调整，配车被取消了。在阮晓东的心里，配车没了，感觉自己地位降低了，他为此很不舒服。没过多久，他就让身边的老板朋友们出钱给他买了台一模一样的车，这才觉得舒坦。
阮晓东的虚荣心，不仅体现在对工作待遇的需求上，还折射到整个家庭生活中。妻子买车的时候，看中了一辆10万元左右的车，阮晓东觉得档次太低，最后买了一辆20多万元的。儿子要买车，他觉得一定要买辆宝马。他还嫌住的房子不够大，2010年又在德清县买下一套价值577万元的别墅。
阮晓东的“面子”是好看了，但他党员领导干部的“里子”正在一点点被侵蚀。
泥沼深陷 多渠道敛财
阮晓东的儿子在国外留学5年，花钱不少，再加上自己的高消费，工资远远不够，于是他便利用职权，广开“财路”。
2005年，阮晓东转任良渚镇分管工业副镇长，手上有了拿土地指标的权力，此后他便和企业主合伙买地建厂房，再转卖出去，这成了他的生财之道。同时，颇为精明的他还亲自办厂办企业，又当老板又当官。
阮晓东平时喜好喝点小酒，老板们便投其所好，于是饭局酒局成了他们“沟通”的桥梁。一个老板要买一块地，请他帮忙，在饭桌上顺手塞给他一个红包。像这样的情况，阮晓东刚开始也推辞了几次，有的老板以为他嫌钱太少，加码之后再次送上，他就笑纳了。
除了收红包，阮晓东还向老板们“借钱”。2008年，某老板送去10万元给他“拜年”，为安全起见，阮晓东想了个“妙招”——造了一张假借条，“借”下了这10万元。此后他和老板们的“借钱”戏码不断上演。
还钱串供忙 “朋友”供实情
今年4月，余杭区纪委查处了良渚镇七贤桥村部分干部，阮晓东有点坐不住了，忙着“走家串户”把借条上的钱还掉，还和老板朋友们统一口径，企图掩盖事实、蒙混过关。然而为时已晚，在证据和执纪人员的思想教育面前，阮晓东的老板朋友纷纷交代了事实。
天下没有免费的午餐，老板们不会无缘无故围着你转，一次次“借钱”、买单背后是权钱交易的事实。建立在不正当利益之上的“友谊”，结局只能是大难临头各自飞。
“我借钱的对象大部分都是企业老板，他们借我钱，是因为我手里有权。我不还，他们也不敢来催我。如果不是感觉自己可能要被调查，我也不会还。”面对确凿的证据，阮晓东对自己“借钱”的真实想法供认不讳。
2016年5月，阮晓东受到开除党籍、开除公职处分，其涉嫌犯罪线索移送司法机关依法处理。在查处过程中，正是他所谓的老板朋友们助了调查组“一臂之力”。
