　　中新网柳州12月5日电 （梁斌）12月5日，广西柳州市中级人民法院对广西金秀瑶族自治县原县委副书记、县长赵贵坤涉嫌受贿案公开宣判，以被告人赵贵坤犯受贿罪，判处有期徒刑11年，并处罚金人民币50万元；对受贿所得财物予以追缴，上缴国库。

　　经审理查明，2004年至2015年，被告人赵贵坤在担任金秀瑶族自治县县委副书记、县长期间，利用职权和地位，为他人在工程承揽、工程项目设计图审批、工程款拨付、职务调整等事项提供帮助，赵贵坤本人或通过妻子收受16个相关单位、个人给予的财物共计折合人民币988.298万元。

　　柳州市中级人民法院认为，被告人赵贵坤身为国家工作人员，利用职务上的便利，为他人谋取利益；利用本人职权或者地位形成的便利条件，通过其他国家工作人员职务上的行为，为请托人谋取不正当利益，非法收受请托人财物，其行为构成受贿罪，且受贿数额特别巨大。鉴于赵贵坤到案后，如实供述自己的罪行，主动交代办案机关尚未掌握的大部分受贿犯罪事实，认罪悔罪，退缴大部分赃款，具有法定或酌定从轻处罚情节，法院作出上述判决。

　　宣判后，赵贵坤表示不上诉。

　　据官方资料显示，赵贵坤，瑶族，1964年11月出生，广西金秀人，研究生学历。系金秀县农牧局农业技术推广站技术员出身，1996年进入当地政府办工作，2006年升任金秀县人民政府县长。2015年4月，因涉嫌严重违纪，接受组织调查。
