这样的荒唐事，就发生在曾经的当地明星企业——南京汉恩数字互联文化股份有限公司（以下简称“南京汉恩”）的员工身上。作为南京本地互联网企业，南京汉恩曾一度被称为“互联网领域的新星”，成为当地众多互联网企业的学习榜样。
12月6日，每日经济新闻记者决定前往南京山西路的世贸中心大厦A2座——南京汉恩的办公地点一探究竟。

现状：“人去楼空”警方介入
工商资料显示，南京汉恩成立于2004年8月，目前注册资金为5101.2124万元。公司主要有两个业务板块，分别是多媒体数字互动展示内容制作和移动开发运营，一位不愿具名的员工回忆说：
“公司最早是做教育培训；然后动漫火了开始做动漫；从去年开始多媒体和VR概念比较火，又从今年开始进入VR领域。在此之前公司做教育和动漫总体还可以，也赚了一些钱。”
该员工还透露：“公司最辉煌的时候也有过两百人，公司还接手了一些国外项目，国内也接了很多项目做，反响都不错，在南京互联网企业中也有一定知名度。”

记者注意到，目前南京汉恩的官网上，“新闻资讯”的最后更新日期为10月20日。
据媒体此前报道称，南京汉恩的老板袁帆、高媛夫妇拥有德国护照，经调查，袁帆夫妇是在10月22日一大早飞往香港的，并且已在24日飞往德国，目前处于失联状态，除了袁帆夫妇和两岁的孩子，袁帆的母亲也同机离开。

12月6日，记者来到南京汉恩办公地址，却发现电梯的24楼按钮已被关闭。大厦物业人员对记者表示：“汉恩被公安查封了，所以24楼现在不能上去，除非得到中国公安部门的许可才可以进去。”

而南京鼓楼区警方也证实：已经就此事介入调查，但因案件在调查当中，不便接受采访。
事实上，南京汉恩的债权人目前并非少数，资金从数百万到数千万元不等。其中一名债权人黄先生称：“之前投资者彼此都不认识，没有想到会有这么多，在上个月24号见面后，才发现袁帆在外面借了很多钱。”债权人在进行不完全统计后，称南京汉恩拖欠债权人的资金达到7亿元之多。
除了债权人外，南京汉恩公司100多位员工也非常着急，因为公司已经拖欠他们两个月的工资，“每个月15号是发工资的时间，但是从10月份开始工资就没有再发，目前已经拖欠了两个月工资。”上述不愿具名的员工对每日经济新闻记者说。
此外，这位员工还对每日经济新闻记者说，“公司出现异常，其实在今年6月份我们就有所发现，公司的领导常说资金压力很大，并且出差报销的资金迟迟不下来，这在以前从未有过，我们以为只是短暂的，没有想到公司内部已经出现了问题。”
探访：创意产业园已停工
据媒体报道，位于南京原白下高新技术园区的汉恩数字文化创意产业园两幢高楼目前还未封顶，下一步已不知如何处置，施工方也称工程款被拖欠。
联创光电当年的重组预案显示，该产业园规划的建筑面积为30019.70平方米，原预计于2015年10月完工，其中1号楼会用作自用办公场所，而2号楼建筑面积为15082.4平方米，预计将整栋对外出租。

公司的股东信息显示，除了袁帆、高媛以及几名自然人股东外，还有新余市凯亚投资中心(有限合伙)、海通开元投资有限公司、深圳市凯富基金管理有限公司、深圳市前海厚安基金管理有限公司等机构。
每日经济新闻记者于12月6日下午多次致电上述三家机构试图进一步采访核实，其中海通开元投资有限公司、深圳市前海厚安基金管理有限公司电话始终无人接听，深圳市凯富基金管理有限公司工作人员则对记者说，“这个情况不太清楚，不方便回答。”
回顾：两度装入上市公司未果
就是这样一家以多媒体互动数字展示加移动运营为口号的公司，除了吸引机构入股成为其股东之外，还吸引了不少资本的关注。记者注意到南京汉恩一度被两家上市公司选定为重组对象。
2014年7月，金刚玻璃（300093，SZ）发布公告，表示拟以定增+现金的方式作价5.06亿元收购南京汉恩100%股权。不过，在2015年3月，金刚玻璃收到证监会通知，因参与重组的有关方面涉嫌违法被稽查立案，公司并购重组申请被暂停审核，金刚玻璃当时还强调自身未收到立案调查通知书。随后于去年5月，金刚玻璃决定终止重组。
不过，这并未影响南京汉恩继续吸引资本的关注。联创光电今年2月开始重大资产重组停牌，并随后发布公告，拟以发行股份结合现金支付的方式收购南京汉恩。随后，联创光电在5月，公司发布董事会决议确定了本次交易方案，由此方案计算，南京汉恩估值达到7.2亿元。
7.2亿元，这比此前金刚玻璃的收购价格5.06亿元高出两亿多元，由此看出联创光电对南京汉恩的重视。联创光电是这样评价的：
“随着全息多媒体产业链逐渐成熟，全息多媒体展示技术不断完善，可预期的全息多媒体展示市场需求增加将带来业绩的迅速提升。同时，在移动互联网浪潮下，移动开发运营需求日渐强烈。移动开发运营业务将在网络环境改善、模式升级中将迎来大发展，成为业绩增长的又一驱动引擎。”
不过，理想是美好的，现实却是残酷的。在5月27日，上交所对这笔收购作出问询指出，南京汉恩股权权属存瑕疵，公司增资并未办理工商变更登记手续、部分股权被司法冻结仍未解冻。而且在当时，上交所就已透露：南京汉恩未能依照《入园协议》实现相应的投资强度和纳税指标，存在违约情形；未能完成与白下高新技术管委会关于工程进度的承诺事项。
5个月后的10月11日，联创光电发布公告宣布终止收购南京汉恩，终止原因为：南京汉恩拟调整其未来的产品发展方向，结合审计评估情况，交易各方对估值及交易方案的调整未能达成一致。
记者注意到，今日（12月7日），联创光电发布澄清公告，表示在确定收购意向后曾向南京汉恩支付诚意金1000万元，终止资产事项后，南京汉恩未按约定退还该笔诚意金，为此公司已提起诉讼。
