　　中新网12月8日电 据四川省长宁县委宣传部官方微博消息，12月7日，长宁县下长镇永利村发生一起非正常死亡事件，推土机驾驶员邱某及现场负责人沈某因施工操作不当致人死亡，涉嫌重大责任事故罪，已被刑事拘留。

　　长宁县委宣传部曾通报，7日上午11时许，下长镇永利村修乡村公路，推土机驾驶员邱某在施工时将村民周某某埋于泥土中，导致其死亡。长宁县公安局接警后，迅速赶到事发现场，将推土机驾驶员邱某、施工负责人沈某进行控制。事件发生后，长宁县立即成立“12.7”事件应急处置工作领导小组，全力开展事件调查和善后工作。

　　长宁县委宣传部称，事件发生后，长宁县召开情况通报会，通报该事件调查情况。事件涉事人员推土机驾驶员邱某、现场负责人沈某在道路（古下路，树全省统筹安排建设的农村公路改善提升工程）建设工程中因施工操作不当致人死亡，涉嫌重大责任事故罪，被公安局依法刑事拘留。目前，案件正在进一步侦办中。
