12月8日，新华社发布消息，怀化市原副市长李自成、李文楚（系李自成之女）涉嫌受贿案一审宣判，李自成犯受贿罪判处有期徒刑10年，李文楚犯受贿罪判处有期徒刑3年，缓刑3年。
李自成与其女儿李文楚于2016年4月19日同一天在法庭上受审。李自成曾在忏悔书中写道，“2岁多的小外孙，我在接受纪律审查的前一天，还在陪他玩耍，现在怎么办？”
像李自成这样“坑”孩子的贪腐官员不在少数，比如原深圳市政法委书记蒋尊玉与独生女儿蒋丹丹共同受贿案、深圳海关原关长赵玉存与女儿共同受贿案等。
常言道，父亲的家教与家风决定着子女的“三观”，当父女作为被告人站在法庭上一同受审时，过往“宠爱”的方式就值得深思了！
怀化市原副市长一审被判10年
法院审理查明，李自成自2006年至2015年期间，先后利用担任怀化市沅陵县县委书记、溆浦县县委书记、怀化市副市长等职务之便，在沅陵县和溆浦县的工程建设、土地出让、企业经营、干部调整提拔等方面为相关单位或者个人谋取利益，于2008年至2014年单独或伙同被告人李文楚非法收受他人贿赂共计人民币470.15万元。

法院认为，李自成身为国家工作人员，利用职务之便，为他人谋取利益，单独或伙同李文楚非法收受他人财物。其中，李自成犯罪数额特别巨大，李文楚犯罪数额巨大，其行为均构成受贿罪。
在共同犯罪中，李自成系主犯，如实供述自己罪行，当庭认罪，有立功表现；李文楚系从犯，有自首情节，认罪悔罪态度好，根据其犯罪情节和悔罪表现，可依法适用缓刑。
法院一审宣判，李自成犯受贿罪，判处有期徒刑10年，并处没收个人财产人民币100万元；
李文楚犯受贿罪，判处有期徒刑3年，缓刑3年，并处罚金人民币20万元（已缴纳）。
对已追缴的被告人李自成违法所得人民币218万元，被告人李文楚违法所得人民币36万元，由追缴机关上缴国库，对未足额追缴的违法所得人民币216.15万元继续追缴。
女儿与父亲一同庭上受审
2016年4月19日，益阳市中级人民法院公开开庭审理了怀化市原副市长李自成（副厅级）和其女儿共同受贿案，其女儿作为共犯一同受审。
李自成落马是在担任怀化市人民政府副市长、党组成员2年之后。2015年5月22日，李自成涉嫌严重违纪接受组织调查。同年12月，李自成被双开。
据公开报道，怀化市原副市长李自成外号“李闯王”，人们这么称呼他，不仅因为他的名字与明末农民起义军领袖李自成相同，还因为在怀化，他以胆子大闻名，号称“没有不敢干的事儿，没有干不成的事儿”。
李自成违纪的一大特点，是通过用人权组成“小圈子”，进而控制干预经济活动。任溆浦县委书记时，他在关键部门都安插上自己的心腹，不合他意的干部，要么被要求提前退休，要么“靠边站”。
“小圈子”里的人为了报答他的“提拔重用”，不仅逢年过节“孝敬”，更“投桃报李”。
李自成在溆浦大搞政绩工程，他直接指定了溆浦县人民公园、橘颂坝、绕城线三个项目的承包人，并要求降低土地评估价格，方便其亲属和奉上好处的老板承揽工程。 而结果，他指定的这三个项目不是烂尾工程就是豆腐渣工程，给国家和人民造成巨大损失。
写忏悔书称对不起家人
2016年3月18日，省纪委三湘风纪网发布了李自成的忏悔书。
忏悔书称，“没下县里工作前，我曾经因收受红包礼金被市纪委查处，但好了伤疤忘了痛，没有深刻吸取教训。”
李自成在忏悔书中写道，“在担任县长、县委书记之后，随着权力增大，地位提高，我逐渐开始放松、放任自己。从收受土特产、到烟酒、到红包礼金、到受贿，胆子越来越大，次数越来越频繁，利欲熏心、变本加厉。 根本原因，是我的思想上出了问题，在世界观、人生观、价值观上出了问题，最终走上违法违纪的邪路。”
“96岁的老父亲知道我被关起来了还能活多久？2岁多的小外孙，我在接受纪律审查的前一天，还在陪他玩耍，现在怎么办？83岁的岳母腿脚不便，失去了依靠怎么办？特别是女儿和妻子，这样的打击能否经得起？这一切，都是我的错，我的罪。”
李自成写道，“接受调查以来，我深刻认识错误，解剖思想、深刻反省。我还要继续认真回忆、坦白交待，坚定相信组织、依靠组织是自己唯一的出路。”
他还表示，“请求给家人家庭留一条出路，留下简单的生活安排，有栖身之所、不流浪街头，让我今后在牢里改造也求得一点心安。”
像李自成这样“坑”孩子的家长有不少
像李自成这样在贪腐行为中将孩子拉下水，最终“坑”了孩子的落马官员不在少数，原深圳市政法委书记蒋尊玉便是其中之一。
2016年5月31日，广州市中级人民法院开庭审理了原深圳市政法委书记蒋尊玉的独生女儿蒋丹丹共同受贿案，其被指收了7万元红包和保时捷跑车一辆。

所谓共同受贿，是说根据中国刑法关于共同犯罪的规定，非国家工作人员与国家工作人员勾结伙同受贿的，应当以受贿罪的共犯追究刑事责任。
共同受贿的主体大多是国家工作人员的近亲属。比如在薄熙来受贿案中，薄谷开来就是共同受贿人。
中国法律规定，“国家工作人员明知其近亲属收受了他人财物，仍按照近亲属的要求利用职权为他人谋取利益的，对该国家工作人员应认定为受贿罪，其近亲属以受贿罪共犯论处”。
检察机关指控，蒋丹丹作为蒋尊玉的女儿，利用其父的职务便利，共同收受他人贿赂，为他人谋取利益，其行为应当以受贿罪追究责任。
据公开报道，蒋丹丹从小就融入了她父亲的“朋友圈”，私企老板李卫平与蒋尊玉相识于1990年，那时蒋丹丹还是孩子，她父亲让她叫李卫平“舅舅”，而从那时起李卫平就以各种理由给蒋丹丹巨额财物，从上万元的压岁钱到数百万元的学费、豪车、金条、钻戒。
从她的成长经历看，父母一直都在以她的名义收受贿赂，而在她自己看来接受别人的巨额钱物也是理所当然的事情，她从来没认为这种事情会与犯罪沾边。
“不能要别人的东西”，这是我们小时候父母给我们上的人生第一课，“吃人嘴短，拿人手软”，这些简单而朴素的道理随着我们的成长会逐渐构建起我们正确的人生观、价值观、世界观。
可是在蒋尊玉的家庭教育中显然没有这一课，公权私用不但扭曲了他自己的“三观”，更扭曲了他女儿的“三观”。
近年被重新收监的深圳海关原关长赵玉存，也与女儿同庭受审。

王静瑶是广州市花都区原政协主席王雁威的女儿，曾在航空公司工作，后辞职自己开公司。2008年至2013年期间，王静瑶与其父通谋后，利用其父担任区委组织部长、区政协主席的职务便利，为王某森、梁某灿二人承接工程，先后收受了房屋装修款150万元，现金70万元，价值61.6万元的捷豹轿车一辆以及王静瑶成立公司时所需资金200万元。

2013年6月，王雁威以身体不适、需要住院治疗为由请假，畏罪潜逃。2015年4月22日，王雁威被列入红色通缉令“百人”追缉名单。就在王雁威被通缉前一个月，王静瑶在广州市中级人民法院受审。
2016年6月12日，广州市追逃办成功将“百名红通人员”王雁威缉捕归案。
