中国外交部回应“日本不承认中国市场经济地位”

　　针对日方决定继续不承认中国是市场经济国家并将维持征收“反倾销税”做法，中国外交部发言人陆慷表示，日方还是先诚实地面对自己的履约责任为好。

　　陆慷说，日方现在需要说明的不是这个问题，而是在12月11日之前，日本方面是否准备履行自己承诺的国际义务，在对中国出口产品的反倾销调查中，使用“替代国”的做法。解决好日方自己履约问题后，中方乐意同日方谈谈中国市场经济地位问题。

　　他说，中国改革开放发展近40年来，不仅经济总量跃居世界第二位，还成为世界许多国家最大的贸易伙伴。特别是，中国经济的增长成为拉动全球经济增长的主要引擎，至今仍然贡献着全球经济增长的四分之一。不管日方愿不愿意承认，中国与外部世界经济的高度关联和互利共赢本身就说明问题。
