不知道是不是心虚，在中国国家发展改革委员会对美敦力(上海)管理有限公司进行突击检查的时候，美敦力方面不太配合，执法人员竟在美敦力中国总部被困6个多小时！

据中新经纬客户端(微信公众号：jwview)查询国家食药监管总局相关公告可知，今年以来，由于产品质量存在问题，美敦力已经发布四个召回公告，在中国主动召回微型摆锯、植入式心电事件监测器、植入式神经刺激器、脑深部电刺激延伸导线套装等医疗器械产品。

美敦力接受处罚，事情算是尘埃落定了，但有些人有疑惑，为什么罚的是美敦力，而不是其他公司呢？中国国家发展改革委员会反垄断局处长徐新宇表示：我们对医疗器械领域的(反垄断)调查研究是从2013年就开始的，我们不针对任何一个外国企业，更不针对美敦力。
