　　新华社哈尔滨12月9日新媒体专电 记者9日从黑龙江省七台河市相关部门了解到，七台河市桃山区人民检察院决定，依法对七台河市茄子河区煤炭生产安全监督管理局刘新胜、刘志国、王利波、董喜连等四人涉嫌玩忽职守罪予以立案侦查，并采取强制措施，案件侦查工作正在进行中。

　　11月29日，黑龙江省七台河市景有煤矿发生瓦斯爆炸事故，22人被困井下。目前已造成21人遇难、1人下落不明。
