　　“12月8日19时23分，美国达美航空公司一架从东京飞往浦东航班落地浦东机场。在塔台未给出指令前，该机即穿越跑道，当时跑道上东航723航班已接到起飞指令（尚未启动），塔台立即取消起飞指令。”上述业内人士表示，监管部门值班人员于当日21时10分到达停机位，对涉事客机进行现场取证，但由于该机机组人员已离开，遂通知代办将机组技术资料复印送至监管部门，封存详细资料，并要求该航空公司和涉事机组向监管部门递交书面报告，机组与飞机暂时不得离开。

　　根据该业内人士提供的起降时间、航段信息，这架涉事飞机应系DL295航班。民航局一名内部人士也向记者证实此事。不过，这一事件包括航班号在内的具体细节仍未明确。

　　目前，民航华东地区管理局外国航空公司监管处正在就该事件展开调查。
