尽管新规定收效不错，但是才几天的功夫，就又有不法分子利用24小时转账的时间差，玩起了诈骗新花样。
12月6号下午，江苏淮安的张女士报警称，自己刚被人骗去了一万块钱。据了解，张女士在淮安一家私企从事外贸工作，当天，她的一位高中同学向她发来了QQ消息，说自己马上就要从日本回淮安了，并询问她需不需要带点化妆品。
聊天中这位老同学声称要给张女士带一份礼物，并托张女士帮个忙，说自己的返程机票是国内机场的一个朋友帮着订的，想请她打个电话问一下。
电话里，这位所谓的刘经理告诉张女士，机票已经办好，票价是11800元，让张女士转告自己的老同学现在就可以付款，不过刘经理表示，他转账系统出了点问题，只能接受支付宝或者微信转账。张女士将这一情况告诉同学后，对方随即表示自己没有支付宝，能不能请家里人把钱通过银行转账给张女士，请她帮忙用支付宝代付一下。
受害人张女士：我还没有太犹豫的时候，她就把银行转账记录截图发给我了，还多发了两百块。
收到12000块钱转账单的张女士一下子放松了警惕。由于张女士的支付宝单笔交易限额为1万元，所以张女士先给这位所谓的刘经理转了1万元，扣除10元手续费，还有9990元。当张女士准备向同事借钱转出剩余款的时候，被同事及时制止了。
与此同时，张女士发现老同学转给自己的12000元迟迟没有到账，想联系她，却怎么也联系不上了。张女士这才意识到自己可能被骗了，随即报了警。
就这样，骗子利用了这24个小时的时间差，将已经转出的钱又撤回了，而蒙在鼓里的张女士却通过支付宝把钱汇给了对方。
目前，此案正在进一步调查中。
诈骗分子以“先转账再取现”为由骗取您的信任，在拿到现金后，便会前往柜台撤销转账，如果您遇上类似情况，一定要及时拨打110报警。同时，也提醒相关部门，加大力度，做好监管工作，不给不法分子留机会。
