11月2日,买家通过物流记录查询发现快递虽然已经到达运城,但是长时间处于未派送状态,便致电全峰快递询问具体情况。后经运城全峰快递落实,发现是包裹烂了,里面物品出现了丢失的情况,买家发现此情况后便拒收快递,并将此事反映给了张女士。

当天张女士与运城全峰快递取得联系后,在她再三要求下,派件员将快递拿给买家确认了丢失的物品。“还剩一只阿玛尼手表、一只ysl口红还有一包糖。这样太不负责任了,弄丢了也不说一声,还得要我们自己打电话去问才知道。”张女士说。

至于为何张女士11月份反映的情况至今仍未处理,该工作人员解释称是客服部门的失职,但是从接受客户的投诉至事情处理完毕,也需要一定的时间。“我们的同事一直在积极的处理这件事,对张女士造成的困扰我们表示抱歉。”该工作人员说。

可向消费者协会进行投诉
