　　12月10日安徽纪委通报，合肥市委原副书记、原市长张庆军因严重违纪被立案审查。

　　纪委的通报中，透露了张庆军的“四宗罪”：

　　在组织谈话函询时不如实说明问题、违规收受礼金、为亲友经营活动谋取利益、利用职务上的便利谋取私利，“其行为构成严重违纪”。

　　据公开资料，张庆军出生于1964年3月，1985年进入安徽省原计划委员会工作超10年，其间曾任芜湖市政府办公室秘书。2011年9月出任省会合肥市副市长，并在次年1月转正任市长。直至今年7月30日其接受组织调查，一个月后被免职。

　　张庆军在安徽官场，一直有“不死鸟”的绰号。据公开报道，近年来，张庆军多次在公开场合被带走。但每次被带走，张庆军总能安然无恙地出来。

　　今年3月10日，张庆军的妻子、安徽省省司法厅国家司法考试处原处长金杰，从合肥市自家楼顶跃下。

　　3月10日上午散会后，张庆军被告知，妻子于当天凌晨从住处坠楼去世。

　　据公开资料发现，张庆军的妻子金杰比丈夫小半岁，1964年10月出生于安徽宿州，曾在安徽省监察厅、省纪委办公厅，铜陵市国家安全局、市公安局，省司法厅工作，去世前任安徽省司法厅国家司法考试处处长。

　　有媒体报道称，早在铜陵任职期间，他的妻子金杰便开始崭露头角。当地的政商圈曾流传一种说法，“找金杰比找张庆军还管用”。

　　金杰的一名大学校友曾对媒体透露，当年老同学聚会，张庆军以家属的身份也来了，他对金杰的同学说：“我一周有五天在外头吃饭，金杰几乎全在外面吃，饭局比我还多。”

　　张庆军担任合肥市长后，金杰曾出席一个饭局。在座的大部分是厅级官员，身为省司法厅处长的金杰，却坐在主宾席。饭局开始前，对于主宾座位金杰还推辞了几下，可周围有人说“我们只能领导县长、乡长，金处长却是张市长的领导，能领导市长。”

　　2015年7月28日7时许，合肥市政协原副主席满铭安，被发现在该市松林路与石门路交口某小区住宅楼顶层自缢身亡。

　　合肥市检察院、法院在中国司法系统颇有影响，在2012年，满铭安担任市检察院检察长的任期内，该院公诉了薄谷开来杀人案，并被中国最高人民检察院记集体一等功。

　　半个月后，8月11日早晨，合肥市经济技术开发区原党工委书记、管委会原主任姚卫东在一工地坠楼身亡。
