　　新华社郑州12月12日电（记者史林静）河南省濮阳市范县人民法院日前对安阳市城乡一体化示范区原管委会主任、林州原市委书记王春安受贿案作出一审判决，依法以受贿罪判处其有期徒刑12年，并处罚金人民币100万元。

　　法院审理查明：被告人王春安于2004年12月至2013年2月，利用担任林州市市长、市委书记、中共安阳市高新技术产业开发区工作委员会书记及安阳新区管委会主任的职务便利，在承揽工程、职务晋升、工作调整、就业安排、征购土地等方面，为他人谋取利益，收受请托方人民币1121万元和美元10.5万元。

　　案发前，王春安退还人民币508万元和美元9万元。案发后，王春安的亲属在濮阳市人民检察院代为退缴赃款454.1012万元，河南省监察厅移交到濮阳市人民检察院在王春安被“两规”期间所退涉案款666.8988万元，另王春安所退赃款美元10.5万元存于河南省监察厅暂扣账户。

　　法院认为，被告人王春安的行为已构成受贿罪，鉴于其到案后如实供述受贿犯罪事实，依法可对其从轻处罚；在案发后被告人王春安及其家属积极退赃，依法可酌情对其从轻处罚。遂依法作出上述判决。

　　一审宣判后，被告人王春安明确表示服从判决，不上诉。
