　　舆论持续关注的气功“大师”王林，因涉及弟子邹勇被杀一案遭警方控制。获悉，目前，该案已结束一年多的侦查移送到江西省抚州市中级人民法院。

　　王林的辩护律师陈有西12月11日在微博上表示，王林案已经移送抚州中级人民法院，下步会通过法庭公开开庭，一步步让社会知道真相。

　　陈有西坦言，王林不是完美的人，但一些势力强加了太多的谣言和诽谤不实之辞。好人坏人，法庭会给出最终结论。

　　抚州中级人民法院诉讼服务中心的工作人员也向证实了陈有西的说法，王林案确实移交到抚州中级人民法院。抚州中级人民法院负责宣传的工作人员表示，开庭时间确定后会发布公告。

　　2015年8月20日，江西省萍乡市公安局安源分局以涉嫌故意杀人罪逮捕了“7.10”非法拘禁案犯罪嫌疑人刘锋、朱理通，犯罪嫌疑人王林、黄钰刚则以涉嫌非法拘禁罪逮捕。

　　在早前的2015年7月9日15时许，萍乡警方接警称萍乡市民邹某被身份不明人员绑架，安源分局立即依法立案侦查，发现刘锋、朱理通有重大作案嫌疑。

　　警方随后分别在江西、广东将刘锋、朱理通二人抓获。据警方进一步侦查了解，黄钰刚（广东省深圳市人）、王林（香港居民）亦涉及此案。

　　而当时刚过完46岁生日的“7.10”非法拘禁案受害者邹某，就是曾头顶中国劳动模范、江西省第十二届人大代表、萍乡市人大常委会成员等光环的富商邹勇，他另一知名度更高的头衔则是王林的关门弟子。

　　陈有西在王林案发后曾多次前往看守所会见王林。透过陈有西的微博可以发现，截止2015年11月5日，陈有西曾电话预约拟第四次会见王林，但被告知王因病送医治疗中。

　　此前，王林一直被关押在江西抚州的看守所中，但王林生病后被转到南昌市某看守所。

　　在2016年3月18日，陈有西终于再次会见到王林。陈有西透过微博表示，王林从抚州转到南昌后，监管部门给予了良好的救护，王林身体有较大恢复。

　　在2016年7月1日的那次会见后，陈有西称，王林案已结束侦查，王林坚决否认最早立案的非法拘禁罪，称自己是被骗子骗走巨款的受害人。

　　陈有西还在微博上表示，“公安机关另外对王林增加了六项嫌罪。具体起诉几宗罪，尚待检察院审查确定。”
