大学生退学迷恋做“黑客”
今年20岁的牛某是定远县人。牛某读中学时原本成绩优异，后来因迷恋上网成绩一落千丈，高考中勉强考入一所普通学院的计算机专业。大学三年级时因为长期旷课和家庭原因，最终不得不退学。
走进社会后，无所事事的牛某整天泡在网吧玩游戏，并靠买卖游戏“装备”赚点差价，以维持自己的花销。期间，脑子活络又十分“好学”的牛某，利用自己计算机专业的功底，渐渐结识一些黑客及“同路人”，并通过“翻墙”软件到境外网站、社区购买相关软件学习技术，窃取一些企业数据信息。由于自己的举动一直未被发现，牛某的胆子慢慢大了起来，决定干一些“大的”。
60元“买”走60万元充值卡
今年10月份以来，为了让自己所掌握的技术能够转化成金钱，牛某决定铤而走险。牛某利用从境外购买的木马软件，侵入上海一家汽车租赁平台的网络后台，很快破解其APP客户端的账号、密码；接着，他动手修改企业后台数据，将面额1万元的充值卡，变成“价值”仅1元；随后，牛某仅仅花费60元，就将价值60万的充值卡“买”走；最后，牛某又克隆出该企业的假冒APP客户端，在网上打折低价出售该充值卡，获利8万余元。事发后，该家企业发现情况异常，立即将上述已出售的充值卡冻结，但买卡人遭受损失，通过网络投诉，直至案发。
日前，定远县公安局根据线索，获悉牛某出现在定远县境内，遂组织警力将其抓获。目前，牛某已被移交上海警方。
